Hopefully we get a bid around £8.25 in the very near future.

As I mentioned in my earlier posts, we see same pattern of low prices in the morning followed by higher prices in late afternoon. The events in the Middle East did not dampen easy jet shares to the extent which is on AIG and some other airlines. We get a final bid of £8.25 or more soon.

The Middle East tension on Sunday night was just a staged act to keep the domestic audiences happy i.e Iran showing that they care about Palestinian and Hezbollah. We never see full scale war as before. Tomorrow morning, traders may use tonight’s events to stir the market and remember they only make money when prices goes up and down sharply. Keep your nerves and I am sure we see high prices this week. Definitely there will be other parties to join in the bidding war and we get to a deserved and more appreciated higher prices than £8.25 per share by 26 June

I have been predicting , based on my own analysis, that we get around £8.25 per share if we get a bid.

Disregard of any take over, present easy jet valuation is well below the actual value. Many reports supports this and I believe true value is around £8 per share at the moment. I am sure we are heading towards higher share prices next week disregard of any take over.

I believe the Share price will go up substantially next week. I think other companies may be thinking of submitting a bid too. Present low share price does not reflect the real value disregard of any take over. We may think SP has gone up compared to very low prices before the talk of any take over, but we better look at their high of nearly £6 per share not long ago. Shorts manipulated and achieved to bring the share price down and at the same time managed to buy actual shares cheaply on their other platform. What I see over the last few weeks, same pattern of wiping out those with stop losses first thing in the morning and higher prices at the end of the day. I see many people guessing in case of take over we get £6.50 per share, but my guess is that we get a few other interested parties to buy this company and we may get around £8.25 due to bidding war. We shall see who predicted the correct outcome.

Short sellers are slowing down the share price increases so that on their other platform buy the actual shares and have voting rights. We seen the similar situations for the last few days of shares dropping in the morning and spiking late afternoon and even higher prices at the closing prices obtained in the auction at 16:35 hrs. If you look at the share prices over one year, we had much higher prices. Any bid may potentially push the price to £8.25 per share.

We see the same old pattern of lower prices in the morning and big spike on the closing prices late afternoon in the auction at 16:35 . The peace deal in the Middle East is absolutely imminent and we shall see much higher prices disregard of any potential take over bid. If we get bids, I assume others will join and we get a bidding war. Interesting days ahead as we are getting closer to the take over dead line. I praise brave actual share holders who believe in holding their shares till higher prices which is surely due soon.

In my previous posts I mentioned that institutions running two separate platforms. One is shorting to rub your actual shares by creating panic and lowering the share price. I feel sorry for the share holders who had stop losses and their shares were rubbed off them earlier. The other platform used by institutions is buying the actual shares to have voting rights in case of take over to have a big impact on the outcome of any take over. However, disregards of any take over the actual value of the easy jet shares are much higher than these silly prices at present, you can see how higher they were not long ago.

I am sure we get to the reasonable share price disregard of the potential take over.

This is a classic case of stealing actual shares so cheaply by some institutions doing their best to increase their actual share ownership by short selling and just manipulating to keep the price down on one platform, and on their other platform buy any share at lower prices, this will give them voting rights, unlike short position holders who have no voting rights on any take over. Today we have more buyers than sellers on actual shares which proves my point.

This is a dirty tactic that institutions use to wipe out those owning actual shares with stop losses first thing in the morning, then buy actual shares at cheaper prices. This is a sign of things happening behind the scene and could be sign of take over. We shall higher prices later on.

My predictions of higher prices is not based on coming up with a silly figure, some institutions reckon the present share prices are well below their actual values. Someone posted an interesting link below which highlights the under valued of present prices. We shall see interesting days ahead only to see daily higher prices disregard of any potential bid. The peace deal in the Middle East already sealed and done and it is only a matter of days till we hear it. The delay in announcing sealed deal is to feed their domestic audiences that they got a real good deal.

Remember short or long position holders have no voting rights, so do not alarmed by increased short position as some institutions increase short position to slow down the share price increase and steal your shares at bargain prices.

We shall see prices over £6.50 in the next few days.

Too many comments regarding the short positions and so on. I believe some institutions run two parallel platforms and on one hand they buy the actual shares and at the same time they increase their positions by buying actual shares in order to control and manipulate the share prices . In a nutshell shell, they want to secure the purchase of actual shares in order to be able to have a big say on the voting rights.

Short and long positions have no rights to vote on the future of the company and only actual share holders have voting rights. Therefore, do not be alarmed with any short position increase and it sometimes means opposite to what most people think. Be brave and do not sell your shares as Easy jet shares are worth more than present prices disregard of take over. The take ove most likely happen and we may even get a bidding war from some European institutions.

The actual and meaningful share price of easy jet, disregard of any potential take over should be around £5 and more.

However if the take over occurs, I reckon the share price goes up to minimum £7 per share. Remember they were trading at higher prices a few months ago.

Bear in mind, we may get other interested parties to join the bidding war.

Hold on to your shares and do not be excited with these small profits.

I think there are some commentators here who have short positions and they fear to be barbecued in the next few days and most likely tomorrow.

So, be positive and do not sell your shares on the cheap side even if you have made some decent profits.

Be brave and go for the big payout as I am sure the take over is due soon for sure.
