Also worth noting that current YA II PN conversions will now be at a premium to the current share price (0.51p vs 0.40p) - not ideal for them with respect to selling post-conversion.

Sub 0.4p is insane / great stake-building price-point for the ambition NTVO have + the progress they are making.

Primary reason the price is stalling is that every time we build up a bit of traction we're swamped by the monthly CLN conversion sells from YA II PA Ltd.

There are 7 more of these left this year running up to the maturity date of the funding facility (Nov). Sideliners are monitoring / supporting the control of this action, looking to keep it range bound at least until the conversion completes.

With enough process / gold discovery + self-generated revenue in the coffers there is of course the possibility the momentum builds before the conversion completes but this is against the typical form of CLNs on small-caps.

The 16wk GOPP deferment has helped this narrative but we should maintain focus on the money coming in via Bonanza in the near future. Could flip sentiment quickly if they meet / beat their own expectations. Should also add, just about all stock investments sit under the macro cloud of Trump / Iran at the moment which isn't helping anybody (except maybe non-ME oil drillers).

Patience will win in the end but the bumpy road will continue for now.

It's a fine line between 'having realistic concerns' and fearmongering...

someone's taken the opportunity this afternoon seemingly.

Both phase 1 activities were fully funded as announced in Nov-25 - (i.e. getting both Bonanza re-mining and GOPP online), implying being fully funded through to Sep-26 (irrespective of revenues).

GOPP timelines have slipped 15-16 weeks but all that really does is defer building costs + OPEX + revenues by the same period. Bonanza is broadly on time, so I don't have much concern there at all.

Global, macro events + negative sentiment is tanking just about everything at the moment (except the price of oil..!)

NTVO are on the verge of extracting gold for processing & sale and are sitting at a sub-£3m mcap - in addition they have already secured the funding for Bonanza re-mining + Phase 1 of the GOPP plant (H2). Nobody, seemingly apart from those on this forum are aware that revenues are about to arrive... great time to load up if you're interested in attaining a slice of the re-rate imo.

Anything north of $2.5k/oz is a green-light for NTVO to mine.

Current levels show how far this price has come in the last year - a great sector to be in.

The disconnect between NTVO's gold mining progress vs the state of the world (and desire for safe havens) is ever widening - tension will release soon and this'll multi-bag x5-x10+ imo.

Kicked off with a decent Starmer impression (which Trump later posted on his Truth Social) and later in the 'news' segment contained a joke re the helium shortage due to the Qatari gas plant Ras Laffan having been compromised. Starting to make international headlines for straight to the average Joe. Not surprising to see this rising today. Will only continue (irrespective of how the war goes) - given that 17% of natural gas output has already been compromised for the forseeable.

A few in here could really do with looking at the gold price chart across the last 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 & 50 years - entirely different landscape now - far more profitable to be mining gold that at any time before.

High risk / higher reward imo.

Market understandably wants to see crystalised delivery of Bonanza - the first of many future steps to widen the volume of ore / ore processing and ultimately revenue. The daily updates are great, shows the team really care about keeping investors informed of their progress. NTVO previously stated they'd be break-even by Q3 - altho that was prior to GOPP deferment by a quarter + GOPP delivery already funded.

If all goes to plan, in time, investors will be laughing at the mellow-drama the share price currently finds itself in.

Weaker-handed PIs getting fleeced atm - close to no change in fundamentals, strategy or delivery programme - easy pickings for those looking to build up a stake. irrelevant activity for long-term holders - albeit if you've got appetite to top up then now's your chance..! ;D

As we all know, works are well underway to get re-mining started again - first gold sales likely to catch doom-mongers off guard in the near future.

NTVO's strategy is based around being an artisinal miner (i.e. low quants) targeting strategic locations of the surface / mine with high grade gold. It's how they uncovered 63g/t last time around. Overall they are targeting a 10t-15t average.

Surface sampling results (Tesoro / Bonanza area)

• Average of ~10 g/t Au across 102 samples

Underground sampling results

• Up to 40.2 g/t Au

• Consistent with historical high‑grade assays (e.g., 41.4 g/t Au)

These results validate the presence of high‑grade shoots, which is typical of the Nazca–Ocoña shear‑hosted vein systems.

Re OPEX of mining - i'm bench-marking $1,500/oz at the moment - pretty normal (arguably toppy) for the location / sector.
