Lol keep talking to yourself girdz.
Also whilst you're doing that have a re-read on the rules concerning 'administration'.
Not officially over until the fat lady sings - that should bring a smile to your face given you've been a holder since day dot. Very well done for ignoring your own convictions & holding on to the very end.
Sorry you both lost your investments here too helx & girdz - am sure you'll do better when you stop focusing on just one share :D
Lol they might actually have to move onto another board - end of these profiles on lse - how sad.
don't you worry about me girdzy - i never invest more than I can afford to lose. Plenty of dollar in other places - bitcoin for one.
you know what - i might wipe the slate clean with a new profile too. Maybe a play on 'Gridz'... maybe not. See you around chump.
Lol ‘old man’ bet I’m far younger than you rubbernecker. Best get back to the short game. karma will catch up with you one day.
Nope you lie - you are either TW or one of the acolytes, just look at your posting history ffs. Don't remember yourself or 'holders' Gridz or helx 1 posting any rational numerical analysis - just heavy, emotive bad mouthing of anything remotely positive.
AIM allows crooks like yourself short vulnerable stocks (they're almost all vulnerable small caps on AIM) & exploit the emotions of private investors to profiteer. Time to delete your BIDS-dedicated account on here & focus on your next made up profile / share to bash.
Lol thanks Tom - I wasn’t wrong with what I stated btw. TW cheated the system that day and got away with it - in spite of the heat that was turned on him (at least enough to retract his article). If the share price has been allowed to run its course I would have cashed a large chunk out.
So yes TW did cost me money - as has JD.
You’re either TW or an acolyte bringing that one up again.
The good news is it's actually out of JD's hands now - if the administrators do their job correctly they will seek to recover as much of the value as possible / keep any parts that individually are profitable working. Are you in the new telegram group? probably the best way of keeping tabs on the core shareholder base / sharing thoughts. This lse board has been a wall of abuse both ways for years - not the most helpful.
I don't think fca reporting is the way - I think you need to get into the ear of the administrators to remind them they are obligated to distribute the full value of the assets (which included the IP) to shareholders. That IP is definitely worth something to others & even if they're getting bargain-basement prices for it, it is still the main source of bid's value.
That's also assuming the administrators don't find a way to keep parts of the business afloat.
Except i said I was ‘waiting to’ - still have them in he1 so never made the switch fortuitously. You don’t seem to be very down about the loss of your investment. Strange that.
I don't disagree fog - the IP is definitely worth something but it's been shielded thus far & likely will have been from any interested parties. Might touch base with the administrators.
Understood - it's not nice being tied to an investment that has perpetually suffered over the years through the mis-management of a board/s. I'm well-versed in this too. I am hopeful that the plan will be strong (perhaps not to two-dicked-dog levels) & will review my position in ECHO again once we know more.
Ny - don't underestimate the size of the hike to the share price that would occur on the announcement of a clear & concise plan going forward. Any raise / dilution (which will be needed at the right time) will be offset by this news. And with the mcap at all time lows, I think will be greatly offset if the plans are good - i.e. if the plans are good you may lose the opportunity of some huge gains by not investing now.
All depends on your risk appetite - If you're playing it safer then wait, which is fine - but for the risk takers (& the big jumps) the time is now.
I'm still here - just didn't see the point of posting when people are only here to poke fun / brag about never having to re-pay their short interest re BIDS.
Naturally i'm very disappointed with the news - a small part of me remains hopeful that the administrators find a way of bringing elements of BIDS back online / delivering value - but seems unlikely. I can already see maneuvering by JD to preserve his IP & start afresh (promotional video of bidstack posted on their twitter feed after the news), can't see JD ever wanting / letting administrators sell-off the IP (which is definitely worth something) - not cool for shareholders but alas that's why you have to diversify / keep a look out for other opportunities. I'm fortunate I had the HE1 break earlier this year as this would have hurt particularly hard.
Story isn't quite over yet but I'm not counting my chickens - let's see what the next couple of months brings.
That's cool, small 2-day nudge to friday cob - keep an eye on your brokers.

Clearly for my generation they switched it up to 'hook-a-duck' haha
Pretty sure you don't shoot plastic ducks at a fairground - but as our resident carnie i'm sure you'd know better.
