NTVO are the most undervalued gold miner on AIM imo - literally on site recommencing mining activities (first revs this Q2), building out a GOPP facility to initially process 150t / day of ore from themselves + other miners (20-30% cut of all gold processed) and are planning on multiplying the number of mines across Tesoro by 5x. All that before we even get into the silver tailings + future processing facilities in years ahead.

Gold @ $4.8k / oz currently - a sub £3m mcap valuation is laughable - the upside opportunity is real.

I agree Ice, but I also wouldn't rule out the impact opening of multiple mines across Tesoro. The board previously stated they were eyeing up another 5 across the region in time.

I use Halifax too rhw - I hadn't received an email with the voting form so I just used their chat-line after logging in to my account and asked to be sent the voting form. They fired it over the same afternoon so votes now cast. Bit annoying it wasn't auto-issued to me post-announcement / not sure why.

Patience is a virtue, especially whilst teams are on site re-mining / building. Won't be long before milestones are reached that change the entire dynamic and pricing of this company. Think we're in a holding pattern for now until at least the GM however.

Can't see the CLN holder selling any more of their converted shares atm - will be making a staggering loss. better to sit on it until November.

If so - i'm sorry you feel that way - massive overreaction in price action today imo - the ATM facility guarantees protection from cash shortfalls in what is their year of ramping up / re-mining and selling gold. Literally going from explorer to producer in May.

The calmness will return but today will certainly flush out those with less stomach for the risks you take on aim.

It's capped at 120m shares... currently 683m in the share base - far from overwhelming + gives the board more control as opposed to an independent 3rd party. Plenty of time for the gold sales to start / share price to rise before any need to cash in shares.

Patience will win here - lots of interest this am from new posters. opportunity knocks...?

No rush re paying off YA - let the CLN facility run its course to November giving time for ramp up of bonanza and GOPP. Directly secured revenues will change the game here.

First sales of mined gold planned for May - facility controlled by the board to responsibly cover any shortfalls in the interim / at closure of the CLN by November.

'Disaster?' lol - somewhat melodramatic - someone's looking for an even better entry-point.

NTVO are head down in getting Bonanza re-mined, share price is just drifting the absence of a formal re-start update / first shipments confirmed as sent off for processing / sold. GOPP still progressing - both Phase 1 elements funded.

Any CLNs being converted now will have to be sold at a loss at 0.4p (even when you factor in the 1% commitment fee) so I think it'll mean they'll continue to convert but hold off from selling until price is north of 0.51p again. Might buy some time for NTVO to build up steam on Bonanza - hopefully enough to break-through the 'sell-barrier' of 0.51p+

On the plus side (given the current share price) - it'll definitely make YA II NA think twice about selling further converted shares - i.e. they will now be losing on their investment if they sell / negatively impacting their IRR, so may hold off until buoyancy improves / volumes increase. A little more foresight / less auto-selling post-conversion on their part could have avoided this price-suppressive scenario in the first place imo.

might actually give NTVO some well-earned breathing space as they ramp up Bonanza.
