Why would they have applied for a gold trading license/permit in BF if they weren't going to trade gold? Why would they have applied for a production license/permit in BF if they weren't going to produce? He didn't say when the application had been made and/or if it/they had been received. Your assumption is just that, your assumption.

I doubt that he could say anything more substantive outside an RNS. I would suggest a BF update is due.
