Speccy, I post information, make of it what you will.
" A number of international parties have reviewed the Project to date, however, have not proceeded any further at this point"
Several "International Parties" are now familiar with the project. Just because no one has taken it further as yet, doesn't mean that they won't when conditions are right.
Several international parties is better than no one was interested. The amount of work that goes into reviewing a project like Mt Ida is considerable. Companies will have spent decent money to look at it properly. Jupiter spent circa AUD40mil on it when they had it. These things don't come cheap.
If you followed the story closely, as I do, you would have picked up on a hint in one of the earlier quarterly updates.
The most likely outcome, IMHO (note not a fact regardless of what TDQ asserts) is that a deal is done so Mt Bevan and Mt Ida are developed at the same time, as one project.

Brian Gilbertson once said that if you want to get more profitable in mining, you get bigger. The stuff about economies of scale becomes very real with regards to mining projects.

"The mining lease application has been submitted, and the associated native title process is currently in progress."
Of course double check with the TDQ, she probably knows better, as always.
