Where did you get that from?

1. Valkor is a private company and so has not done placing after placing.
2. I am not in Tomco and so couldn't care less whether they have done placings or not
3 . If you were in Tomco and got diluted by the placing: tough, look in the mirror.
4. I am interested in PQE and AOGL. If Tomco ends up using the PQE tech for one or more plants in Utah then that is good for PQE and for AOGL.
5. I expect more of a tie up with Valkor in due course.
6. If you want to communicate with a moron you should talk to yourself.
7. Your issues should be with the management team at Tomco who have wasted a lot of money on a tech that doesn't work.

At today's price, the JMS holding is worth £2.227mil.

Dividends from JMS are running at about £700k pa. The SP on JMS is down because it has just paid out a dividend and the manganese price has dropped but has steadied and is now moving back up.

The Tomco deal is very good for PQE. The RF tech, they were using obviously doesn't work very well but in any case why would you use it for oil sands near surface?

I expect further action on Tomco in due course. One thing they will need to do is get a bulk sample across to PQE for them to run it through the plant. Given that they are practically next door, it shouldn't be too big a job.

I was going to say that if he knew of a decent bank paying of 5% pa I would be very interested. I had a detailed look a few weeks back for someone and interest rates are pitiful.

Magic said when he first started investing in RRR & RGM that he didn't know what he was doing. Subsequent behaviour showed he was 100% correct.

I really couldn't care less about what happened before I became a shareholder. I have only ever made money out of RRR and I anticipate doing very well here: it is just taking a bit longer than anticipated this time around. I will make decent money here and I will make decent money over at RGM.

AB will not be making a fool of me or taking advantage. Me and my clients hold over 20% of the company and we hold pretty much all the CLNs. Break up value here is more than the SP.

Any information relating to the party is confidential. They put in the public domain what they were allowed to by the agreement. It is actually pretty easy to work out who it is from information in the public domain. Nonetheless, I wouldn't want to say anything that might cause a problem: it may be the case that we end up doing a deal with them.

And yes, I voted Leave and there is nothing anyone could say that would make me change my vote. I have no problems about anyone voting Remain. We are supposed to be a democracy, we have one vote, we should use that vote and then we move on.

Indeed. I know who the potential partner was and it would made sense to do a deal with them but only if you can get the terms you want. Given the timing of the announcement, I suspect that we wanted them to move on one or more points and gave them till 01/12 to do so; they haven't and so we are now on with other parties. If the potential deal was dead earlier than 01/12 we would have heard. We haven't signed anything involving exclusivity with anyone and so we can talk to who we want and have been able to do so all along.

Still fingers crossed. As long as we get something sorted prior to April when we start drilling, we will be fine.

Last point, this is the life of a smaller company: companies talk to other parties about deals all the time. Sometimes the investors know about them and sometimes not.

The only things that people can really throw at AB are going back into Steelmin and wasting money on the diamond deal.

The JV partner needs to have about $20mil of US profits over the next three years otherwise the NPV value drops on the IDCs as does the IRR on the deal. Having to use the IDCs over ten years is completely different from using them over three years.

From that you can conclude, the JV partner:

Has producing wells
Has a substantial PDP inventory
Has $5mil + pa of US profits
Wants our IDCs plus our skill set
It will be a sweet deal.

Our carried forward IDCs are worth about $5mil but only to a JV partner that has taxable income.

So the JV partner would need to have existing assets with substantial income to benefit from our IDCs.

The value of the IDCs would cover the cost of share of capex.
