That is fine but I know that it wasn't finalised at 7am this morning. It may be that the bulk of the RNS content was agreed but not all. The NOMAD will have been fully briefed all along the way. The NOMAD will not let an RNS be issued unless they are happy that the content is accurate and similarly they can force the company to issue an RNS if it feels one is required.

If you are broadly correct then it is down to the NOMAD to decide whether most of the information should have be contained in the earlier RNS. I know of another company where a RNS should have been out this morning but it has been delayed by tooing and froing with the NOMAD. I don't know the precise issue but the NOMAD is mainly concerned with making sure its posterior has adequate cover.

Utah appears to have the only low sulphur oil sands in the World. Both PQE's and Tomco's acreage can produce IM2020 standard diesel using PQE's technology. The current price for IM2020 diesel is WTI + $35.

The next step for Tomco is to confirm how much of its resource is in oil sands amenable to shallow mining with hydrocarbon content of at least 5%. How much a plant can produce on a daily basis is partly down to the hydrocarbon content of the processed ore.

I was approached earlier by a contact wanting to know if I wanted to sell my position for 2.25p when the price was lower. I said no. I told them the price I would sell at, which is much to the North of here. So when I refer to someone sniffing around for cheap shares that is what I meant. Hey Presto! Shortly after I said no, some buying starts. Them buying the market has moved the price up. If they had found a seller then the price would not have moved up.

With regards to a placing: it would seem that you are fixated about placings. If you keep saying one will happen then eventually you will be right. Placings aren't always bad news, it depends what the purpose is. If the purpose is to pay salaries and expenses then that is not good but if the placing is to fund new assets then that is a good thing.

RGM will at some point be acquiring new assets: which ones, when and on what basis, I have no idea and neither do you.

Don't forget that RRR has liquid holdings in RGM, POW, JMS and so on.

Both RGM and POW should be coming out with news shortly and JMS should be declaring its dividend shortly. I expect both RGM and POW to be higher in the near term
