The only people who can short are brokers and MMs who sell and then look to cover: it is called a naked short.

What they then do is go to the company and offer to subscribe at a lower price. It happened to UKOG a couple years back and they say yes. The same happened to NTOG and they said no.

I see no sign of shorting: this is just normal trading. Next news takes it up again.

Tragic why are such an intellectually challenged person?

The trading since Monday shows why the CLNs are not going to be converted when the share price is anywhere near 0.6p.

When we convert we have to give 5 days notice and then we have to wait for the shares to settle into our accounts to trade. So possibly we are exposed for 10 days without being able to trade. So really we need to have plenty of headroom over the conversion price and some price stability otherwise we are carrying risk on conversion. If you understood anything about trading, you would understand that but you don't do you?

IPO will be targeted for first week in December. Listing on TSX takes 90 days. So they will need to press the button on listing in the next two weeks or so. If they miss that window, the IPO will be January 21.

So the mining license application for Macalder had gone in and Nyanza was being prepared. Previously and now under the Mining Act 2016 you do exploration work on your licenses and then submit mining licenses for the specific assets. In 2014 RRR anticipated submitting multiple mining license applications and the same applies now.

However, most of the work has already been done, it needs dusting off and submitting to the MRB for a mining license.

As previously stated the licenses have been reissued.

Tragic you really do need help. Read the Kenyan Mining Act 2016. The licenses had to get reissued as prospecting licenses: they never were mining licenses. As your best Mate Andrew Bell said several times and as recently as Monday: RRR was only at the start of the exploration when they ran into legal troubles.

AB has repeatedly said that the 1.2mil oz JORC resource was the starting point not the end of exploration. RRR had submitted an application for a mining license at Macalder and was in the process of submitting one for Nyanza when they rang into legals.

Macalder is 68k oz of gold and 1,385,000 oz of silver confirmed in a measured resource JORC report. The JORC report on the Migori hard rock stated 1.2mil oz but the resource was open as to extent and open as to depth ie., there was more to be had. RRR had started the process of upgrading the JORC to 2mil oz when the legals hit. AB has said that there is at least 3mil oz of gold at Migori and maybe 4mil oz.

Nyanza was at least 200k oz of gold.

There are 15 identified targets at Migori that have never been tested.

Macalder is part of the Migori licenses.

See the RNS issued on Monday. Prospecting licenses are separate from mining licenses. See section 101 Mining Act 2016 which I have posted on here several times.

The licenses RRR had previously were special licenses but they weren't mining licenses. RRR had applied for a mining license for Macalder when the legals kicked off and was in the process of submitting an application for a mining license in respect of Nyanza. Each of the separate assets on the Migori licenses will need a separate mining license application.

Err you do know that licenses have now been reissued, don't you? Nothing could be done until the legal dispute was settled and the licenses reissued. The company has already confirmed that submitting a mining application in respect of the tailings is a priority.
