Indeed, if the SP goes to 2.5p and the CLNs convert and the warrants exercise then the company is in a better position. Better for the warrants to exercise then to do a placing. Converting the CLNs improves the balance sheet and removes the need to fund the accrued interest. Both the CLN conversion and the warrants exercise will only happen in the SP is much higher than it is now. The warrants are mainly till December 2022 so why would we rush to exercise anyway?

A lot can happen before December 2022.

Timing.

Tragic didn't know in 2010/11 what he was doing and still doesn't. RRR was at the top of a metals cycle then. We have a new metals cycle starting now. Gold, Silver, Copper, Cobalt, Manganese, nickel are all going to stay higher and some are going much higher. The problems with Migori were not AB or RRR's doing. Steelmin and the diamonds rubbish were AB's doing and I have told him to his face he made a mess there and is responsible.

None of that changes the position we are in with the super cycle.

Somebody with DMA just deliberately messed the price up. Put 300k on at 0.6p when the MMs were offering 0.64p and had been buying at 0.61p. It also looks like they were on both sides at the same 300k 0.6p trade. Very strange.

After the MRB made its recommendation, it was done: the rest is just process and bureaucracy. I did think it would have been done months ago and so did AB but hey ho!

You also think that Migori is the only upside here and that is not the case.

Yes they do. The legal position was that the licenses were never cancelled. Thanks re the charity.

In case you don't know what it does is provide pyjamas and personal grooming stuff for kids with cancer and travel for their parents. Some of these kids vomit a lot when being treated and constantly have to have their pyjamas and underwear changed. Some parents are poor and the travel costs to see their kids is not easily afforded. Christies takes in kids from all over and so the travelling can be a bit much. It doesn't get siphoned off by charity fat cats.
