RE: POW RNS9 Apr 2021 12:20
Ah well it takes one to know one, doesn't it. Quite why you feel the need to tour BB pages and pick spurious arguments is beyond but from I see with you following me around for a number years is that you are it constantly. But heaven forbid that anyone would describe you as pompous etc.
As usual, when trying to pick an argument, you are highly selective and completely miss the point. I suggest you listen to AB's interview from Stockbox and then might understand the point a bit more.
In summary, Nickel Sulphides are better than Nickel Laterites. Of the Nickel Sulphides, the big ones tend to be where the underlying magma has up welled (Voisey's Bay and Norilsk resulting from asteroid strikes) under water and magnesium is washed away. Because of the nature of the event, the resultant deposits tend to be massive. Other Nickel Sulphides tend to be smaller and marginal. What he is saying is that what is at Molopo Farm is from a similar geological event: this had been hypothesised by Key from KKME before drilling. He is saying that the hypothesis has been confirmed by the drilling.
Further he is suggesting that it is mathematically unlikely that on the first drill they just happen to hit the best spot to drill in. He is therefore suggesting it is likely that there are higher grades elsewhere at Molopo.
The grades that have been disclosed are already commercial.
Further testing of the samples for gold and PGM mineralisation is ongoing. They will now also test the rest of the core: they have only tested a number of sample sections of the core. The grades disclosed are throughout the core. They have already disclosed that they have detected a massive structure with the geophysics.
If you multiply out the extent of the core tested times the structure times the grade that will give you a headline for what is possibly there. The magma flow is just that a flow: wherever that flow went they are likely to find nickel, gold and PGM; why? Because it is resulting from a similar geological event to Voisey's Bay and Norilsk.
Anyway, enough spoon-feeding for today.
Have a very good day and DYOR.

ps two issues now arise: does POW/KKME accelerate and increase the intensity of the work and how long will POW hold on to the asset before doing a deal?
