So trolls, you now know that Steve Staley brought the Tunisian asset to the table. He has been after it for a long time and that NTOG is just waiting on sign offs.

You also know that it has existing discoveries (plural) and both exploration and appraisal upside. You also know that NTOG can fund it from existing resources.

What is not to like?

The income from Jupiter should go up regardless. They are about to kick off a plan to expand the output by about 50%; If RRR sells, it sells but if it does it should release about £2.4mil.

However, you must remember that AB gave an interview in which he said that if the price stayed down where it was, he would expect a takeover bid for JMS. If he is right, somebody would look to do it before they expand output, to do it afterwards merely means that the price is higher.

Those are not the only options. If you have a think, you will realise that there are others. NTOG has said it doesn't need to raise funds for this deal: so either they can cashflow it or whatever payment needs to be made can be made out of existing resources or a combination of the two.

It could also be that NTOG expects that the market will like the assets and the deal, so much so that large chunks of the warrants be exercised in due course.

Even if the deal is closed tomorrow, there is a lot of work that would need doing before you start spending big money. I doubt that any serious money would be spent in the short term.

If NTOG does what it says it is going to do, then the cashflow from the US can fund a fair chunk of the work in the near term.

Anyway, let's see.

Investor goes gung ho, bullish as you like. Gets it wrong, loses money and so everyone else is to blame.

It is not my fault or anyone else's that you got it wrong. I have only ever made money on NTOG. If I can make money, why can't you?

You could have bought last year at around 0.28p, the same as anyone else. If you had you would be sitting pretty or you could have traded in and out and done better.

Look in the mirror and point the finger, that is where your problems lie.

JMS dividend declaration 10.1%. Not bad given COVID and the weaker manganese price for part of the year. The income and dividends should start to go up from here on in.

Singer, I can now see why you lost your money.

The comment from Oil Man Dim that Steel Tit keeps posting referred to a specific set of circumstances at a point in time. The comments were misleading at the time they were posted and more so now as the company has made progress.

You claimed I commented about 1p: I confirmed how close to 1p NTOG came and when. That fact doesn't change because of the elapse of time.

Yes I expect NTOG will be looking pretty good by the end of 21 going into 22: take a look at current oil price forecasts for the end of year and do some calculations on likely cashflow for NTOG. NTOG is currently doing somewhere around 130 bopd; at an extra $15 a barrel, that gives an extra $1,500 a day or an extra $45k a month. The company has already confirmed on a few occasions that it is cashflow positive. If you do the calculations, it is probably cashflow positive by about $50k/$75k pm dependent on any issues with wells. Add in the $15 per barrel and that would give you around $95k/$120k pm.

That is without any further work on assets, both new and existing. The above means that NTOG can do quite a lot out of regular cashflow without going back to the market for funding.

52 week high, 0.78p. Fairly close and that is not the intra day high but the close of play high: according to LSE.

Intra day 52 week high was 0.85p on 11/02/2021 according to IG.

This is well undervalued based on what it has already got. The SP doesn't reflect the rise in the oil price and the effect it has on revenues.

I expect that Billy will get his fabled 3p fairly soon.

What you and your fellow stale bulls/trolls don't get is that opportunities are opening up to NTOG because of the progress that has been made over the last year. Those opportunities are both in the US and in Tunisia. Note plural. As you have seen from Zenith, there are deals to be had in Tunisia.

One thing that you might not know is that ML is fluent in French. The official language is Arabic but the language of business in Tunisia is French. You also need to look at Steve Staley's history at Upland Resources.

If you read stuff, listened to interviews and then did some research, you would have known where NTOG was likely to do an overseas deal(s).

What you expect is not a fact: it is an expectation. Same here, what I expect is not a fact. However, when commenting on the report and directly taking the report's as part of that comment, it is a fact. They are stating that that they expect each of the IPO candidates to have a valuation of between £7mil and £25mil. It is a fact that that is stated in the report. Their expectation may or may not be proved accurate by subsequent events but it is fact, that they state what their expectation are.

No misleading there except by you.

Next why such a wide variation in valuation? Well to account for uncertainty. Included in that uncertainty would be things likes pre-IPO funding.

Now if you had asked me a few months back, I would have said that a pre-IPO funding round for RRAL was nailed on: now I am less sure. Both POW and RRR have the cash to fund the IPO so why take a pre-IPO round? Well now, I would suggest that they would only take the money from someone would help in the IPO and after-market. So unless it is from someone high profile that would be good for the IPO, I don't think they will take pre-IPO money.

Only my view but there we are. As to whether you agree with my view or not, I am not interested.

So they are reckoning that RRAL is worth between £7mil and £25mil. So they reckon RRAL is worth between £3.5mil and £12.5mil to RRR. If POW gets to their target price, then RRR's holding is worth circa £2.5mil. So £6mil to £15mil.

RRAL is due some exploration results in Victoria soon and POW thinks Molopo Farms is a big deal with more results due soon.

What does the term, "final approval" mean? It means that it has to go through a complex process some approvals have been forthcoming and that the "final approval" is outstanding.

The NOMAD has looked into the contents of the RNS and verified them. Therefore, NTOG:

has exclusivity
terms have been negotiated
awaits final approval.

This was a material RNS hence why it has gone out. If what has been achieved was not material, the RNS would have been held back.

In lots of oil & gas deals, they get announced but are subject to completion. NTOG announced two deals last year that hadn't closed.

You can take it that the NOMAD thinks that the content is material and that the content has been verified.

The speculation is coming from you and your little gang of stale bulls. The reason more detail has not been released is because it is commercially sensitive until all the i's are dotted and t's crossed. The fact that the RNS has been put out, indicates how significant this deal will be in due course. You should also take on board that it has taken a year to get to this stage.

You know nothing about the asset other than it is in Tunisia but you can hold forth about it, WI, capex and production.

The Cypress deal was agreed in early 20 with oil around $30 it was a good deal then. NTOG has said that Cypress will be drilling the 2nd well in H2.

Hindsight is a great investment tool but available too late to make a difference.

As I said listen to the Steve Staley interview from a few months back. Very illuminating. They were obviously working on the Tunisia asset at the time but couldn't say anything explicitly.
