Well unless you know which asset is and are inside you can't comment on the asset. And if you are inside and know what the asset is, you still can't comment.

I am sure that when they are able they will issue the relevant RNS.

Bottom line is do your research, it is not difficult. The two companies in NA are subsidiaries of NTOG, there are no outside directors, three directors of NTOG are directors of the subsidiaries. So the allusion that something untoward has happened has been refuted.

Why not go on Companies House and check for yourself?

Except what he said is not true. Gadaffi was found in a culvert not a sewer and was not shot in the culvert. He was dragged out, assaulted and he was stabbed in his fundament by someone who allegedly was a rebel but others allege was a French agent acting on behalf of Sarkozy.

NT NA Holdings Ltd shows 100 shares issued and that the shares are issued to NTOG Plc
NT NA Operating Ltd shows 100 shares issued and that those shares are issued to NT NA Holdings Ltd.

Well he is the Chairman of POW so he is doing a bit there.

Currently in DRC. Likely finishing off what needs doing at Luanshimba, progressing Musonoi, checking up on Kisinka (a POW asset), progressing Adidi Kanga, progressing the promised new license. But apart from that nothing unless you include progressing the licenses at RRAL, progressing the listing of Juno, sorting out the drilling contracts for Mikei, and other bits and pieces.

Still struggling with the reading I see.

The trolls on here were asking what did ML know about Tunisia when it was announced. If you listened to the Steve Staley interview with Doc last year you would have known what was up. If you listen to the interview from today you will hear that SS had been after this party asset for some time and likes Tunisia in general.

Let's do a Master Mind quiz: the company and SS have been hinting at more deals. Given the news on Tunisia, the Doc interview, the interview today and SS's background, where do you reckon the next deal might be? FYI ML is a fluent French speaker.

If you read what is put out, listen to the interviews and do some research and something called analysis you can form a pretty accurate view of what is going on. Certainly more accurate than just thinking you already know everything and if you insult ML enough times you will make your money back.
