How fast the lab in SA get the results back is not under AB/RRR's control. I assure you he wants them back sooner rather than later.

VUP was at 2020. The consideration subject to the court case in DRC is $20mil. That says nothing about the actual amount involved or what RRR's claim against Glencore would be. $20mil is what VUP are suing for: they have had $5mil and want the other $15mil.

VUP's assertion is that they owned the assets. The problem they have is the JV agreement and the consideration that RRR paid to them. The minimum position is that RRR is owed 51% of $20mil.

AIM regulations require a certain number of Non Executive Directors. NED are supposed to bring oversight and insight. I have met both Scott and Alex. Both bring stuff to the table.

Alex will be useful if we end up needing to bring in a large partner at Migori or in DRC. Whether you like him or not he has produced the goods at GGP.

The lack of the Galaxy JV on the website is probably historical to do with the relative value of the assets. Migori and the other other two licenses in the VUP were deemed to be of much greater value than the Galaxy JV. The licences in the Galaxy JV were virgin and we started the exploration work from scratch. It is only once the next set of results are out that we can properly ascribe value to it.

RRR has said it has cobalt but not that it is a commercial discovery. That comes next, hopefully. The geology is what you expect it to be in that area for copper and cobalt.

If you look at the interview AB did when Migori first happened he said it was 375,000 tonnes of copper and about 24,000 tonnes of cobalt. So relatively speaking Galaxy at the time was small beer compared to VUP.

I can't give you what is deemed to be inside information. I have his CV and have spoken to him. Where they are up to with an appointment I don't know and don't want to know.

AB has good contacts, speaks good enough French and is a good ducker and diver but with all that is going on we need someone who is up to speed with everything and on top of everything and chases everything to happen right first time and on time and on budget. We need both not either or but he will cost money.

There is only so much that AB can do and he does need support.

Currently we are in a bear market and resource stocks are down. What matters is progress on the ground.

The samples have gone to South Africa. I understand everything has slowed down in South Africa resulting in a back log. I hope we will get them before Xmas but when the lab results come back they have to input into the model and interpreted.

If you were putting money on it, first week January would be a good bet but it could be earlier. I was expecting them weeks ago.

Well if you are management and you know that your shares are massively over-valued then you want to issue as many as possible in exchange for real assets. If you are paying 20% over the odds for the assets but the shares are being issued at 100% over the odds, it is a good deal for the company.

If you know that you are under-valued then you want to issue as few as possible.

Maybe AB won't need to complain about them encroaching other people's assets so much.

Note the comments about the copper at the Macalder Tailings. A big upside. This is all about preparations to monetise what is there at Migori.

There is a trend from one license to the other that is prospective for copper and zinc. Looks interesting but not sure if fits with a gold company IPO.

The applications he is referring to are:
1. Mining license for the Macalder Tailings: 68k oz of gold and 1.28mil oz of silver plus 0.3% copper
2. Mining license for the hard rock Mikei Project
3. Dealing license so RRR can sell the material extracted.

NB there are other tailings on the license area other than Macalder but no work has been done on them.

They already have a JORC 2012 resource. Even you should know that that the current drilling is infill drilling and step out drilling.

Maybe if you read an RNS or two or did some research you might understand what is going on. I am sure you can Google infill drilling and step out drilling.
