No one is interested in what happened over 13 years. What matters is current production, current oil price, current cash flow. Is there a need for a fund raise, yes or no? Is the company under valued?
WTI $124.46 at that price NTOG is banking serious cashflow. It is likely the current FCF is around $500k pm. But you want to bleat that you got it wrong 13 years ago and ML done you wrong. No one is bothered about how much you lost and when. You have missed the boat, you should have bought in when you could.
