Funny. Lomax, do you do this just to get attention? I was reading about teenagers doing this sort of thing but presumably you are not a teenager or maybe you are?

Not suggesting anything, AB has said that this is the case in more than one of his interviews.

Remember he was in DRC last year and signed. He came back and announced the deal was signed and then he had to explain that although the other side had agreed to sign, they hadn't.

Not for me to explain the procedures of DRC commercial courts and arbitration courts. As I have said we are dealing with wriggly people. The amount of money is decent in our terms, in DRC terms it is huge. There has been a queue of lining up try to snaffle part of or the whole of the proceeds.

No doubt part of it is racial. The Congolese were treated very badly by the Belgians and part of it is Congolese Nationalism: which is why should these white f**kers profit at the expense of our people.

No point in posting the same stuff constantly. We pretty much know what is going on so what is there to be said?

AB is waiting on DRC signing: they either sign or they don't. If they don't sign, they they don't get their share of the readdies held by Gecamine. ALR, he is getting his ducks in a row; ALR now has a lot more land than it did. In my opinion ALR probably will need it's own CEO shortly: no way can five or more sites be effectively managed remotely out of the UK.

Any work previously done on a presentation based just on Tin Hill is now out of date. I think we will find that at least one site is much bigger and better than Tin Hill.

I am not sure he will be allowed to put the in-house estimate in the public domain but ALR now has a serious amount of lithium ore.

That broker report that was circulated a couple of weeks back valued ALR at £1mil: in my view that is now seriously out of date.

Banbury you keep making up/imagining problem that aren't there.

If ALR needs more funds then they are available. If ALR wanted to raise outside funds it could do so. However, the amount of money these things cost in Zimbabwe is much lower than people think. The proper costs will start when we put processing plant in place but still it won't be much: eg., on one important piece of kit the price quoted is less than I have spent on a really good night out.

The issue re ALR/Zim is greed. ALR doesn't have to go down the road of Prem/Prospect. It looks to me that we can put plant in place that will process to about 4.5% for about $200k/$250k. Both Prem and Prospect wanted to process much higher volumes than ALR and take it to a higher grade, SC6.

4.5% grade will make us all more than enough money.

They are nothing to do with RRR, they do a daily morning analysis. Some of the companies will be held by them and some they will be corporate adviser to. Neither apply in RRR's case.

The comments were in passing and related to the ease and speed with which lithium assets can be brought into production in Zimbabwe. ie., exactly what has been said on here previously.

1. What makes you think H5O was wrong.

2. There is no intention to sell ALR. RRR doesn't hold more than 50% so it is not RRR's call as to whether to sell or not.

3. The problem with selling is the discount that would be applied to the future cashflow. Any sale price would be a fraction of what can be earned simply by digging it up and selling the spodumene/petalite.

4. If RRR wants ALR to raise some development funds that would be okay as long as it is at a reasonable valuation.

So I have been through the RNSs and it looks like we have 483 hectares granted and transferred with at least one other awaiting transfer/grant.

So maybe we will have between 500 and 600 hectares when the current iteration of licence acquisition is complete. Note all have pegmatites and all have been sampled.

In above RNS the acreage at Tin Hill is given as 51 hectares, so it looks like we will 10x the Tin Hill acreage.

The new rules that have come in also present us with a market opportunity that wasn't there before.
