RE: Bigger than PREM! Lithium17 Oct 2023 09:30
This is the post from Greek hovel yesterday
"Surprised no-one has considered the real possibility that Red Rock may sell the Lithium licences to an outfit with deep pockets and expertise to mine ;-)"
1. The problem with that is the price we would get relative to the NAV.
2. The NAV is now very different to what it was in the FEQ report.
3. I can't see anyone paying anywhere near what could be produced in income over three years.
4. The working capital requirement is de minis and probably only needed for say 3/4 months
5. Why would the ALR shareholders give up the licences for buttons compared to the revenue over three years?
6. I suppose, one possibility is that we decide that Tin Hill is so large that that is enough and sell the others. Again, AB has had experience of large volume mining and shipping operations with Jupiter Mines and Tshipi: Tshipi used to transport 3m+ tonnes pa. Why he would think that operating something similar in Zim is a problem, I don't know. If you look at the rail connections we can ship on rail from Masvingo or Harare to Beira.
Anyway, hopefully, we should know more later this week or next week.
