Dukey, it may have passed your attention but RRR is a quoted company. Price sensitive information is to be put in the public domain via RNS but regardless of any RNS there is such a thing as commercially sensitive information.

No company is going to put commercially sensitive information in the public domain unless it is required to do so by regulations.

Dukey, if you have heard of the internet you will know you are able to do some research with a few clicks..

For instance, you can find out the distance from Tin Hill to Beira by road; direct or via Harare. You can find out how long it takes.

You can find out that there is a rail link from Masvingo via Harare to Beira.

You can also find out many warehouses are at Beira Port, how many berths, how long it takes to get to China and you can get indicative pricing for the shipping. If you have really good look, ie., more than two clicks you will see that there are plenty of agents in Beira looking for business.

What you and your fellow trolls with an agenda are trying to make out as a big deal are just standard business arrangements. You make out as though having business dealings with ALR/RRR is the equivalent of catching the plague or cholera.

I am sure when everything is ready, Andrew Bell will put a call into you personally because of your large holding here. What's that? You don't have any shares, even though you have previously made loads of money going from 3p to £3 and then lost it all because of your own greed.....

I see the latest has been that a wholly owned subsidiary of RRR (RRR Coal Ltd) is going to wind up RRR because there was an inter-group loan. Breath taking in its ignorance of how companies operate in a group and how these loans are accounted for......

Sometimes Groups have subsidiaries with carried forward losses. To not have to put them into liquidation and lose the losses, they sometimes put transactions through them.

For instance RRAL, which is the underlying vehicle for the NBGC JV with POW has carried forward losses and owes money to RRR.

As usual they get everything wrong because their agenda won't let them do otherwise.

Companies with large operations and high capex/high finance costs have got a problem in the current lithium price environment. Some are cutting operations back and some are stockpiling on expectation that prices will be higher soon. Their actions will help to bring the rebound in lithium prices.

The forecast is rising prices in 2024 and a lithium shortage in 2025.

AB is correct in that if RRR/ALR can turn a profit on operations at the current price level then RRR/ALR is in a much better position than others.

In Zim we have similar to the above worsened by companies' inability to export (there is no local market).

RRR/ALR is in a position to pick up stockpiled material in Zim and export it. That is in addition to its own production. It looks like the price for 3% spodumene landed in China is $900/$1,000/tonne ish at the moment.

Lithium Carbonate whilst down in price is still $23k/tonne. It was $100k/tonne a little while ago. So if RRR/ALR can miss out a stage and jump to producing lithium carbonate then the profits are much greater now and when the lithium price rebounds, will be immense.

Opportunities abound at the moment.

I couldn't care less; the amount of abuse and explicit threats of violence I get on here, including from Dukey though admittedly when he was on the pop at the time, is ridiculous. They get it back sometimes, if you can't take it don't hand it out. He has been non-stop trying to deramp RRR on imaginary issues for weeks.

Take it up with him. He regularly posts late at night when he has been on the pop. Not done it on his current account: the last one was deleted a few weeks back because of what he was posting.

He also regularly states he is not going to post on RRR and then does. He is not a shareholder and says he never will be a shareholder. So why the sudden burst of nonsensical verbiage? He has been saying for weeks, placing, placing, placing and that RRR will be suspended. He is fixated on Bell and it is driving him crazy. We all know that RRR had no authority to issue shares and yet him and fellow single cell creatures have been going on about a placing for maybe three months. I repeatedly explained that RRR would need a GM and hey presto we have one.

You really need back to drinking and staying quiet.

Currently, RRR has no authority to issue shares. RRR needs the authority to issue shares in respect of the announced CLNs and warrants. The accounts need signing off, for the year end. If RRR has no authority to issue shares then the auditors might have issues about signing the accounts off.

So for instance on the rolled CLNs from a year ago, RRR had an hypothecated (look it up) authority for the shares to be issued on conversion plus the warrants. Those CLNs were rolled and repriced from 0.6p to circa 0.2p. That means that RRR was only able to issue about 33% of the CLN shares if they all converted. Some have been converted and the shares issued.

Soma owes RRR about $3mil in royalties from the El_Limon mine/mill. Supposedly, they have to decide whether to bring the El Limon mill back into production on its current site or to move the mill to the El Bagre site. They discuss El Limon at 9.50: it stays in maintenance and they are going to move it to the El Bagre site.

They have not yet confirmed the decision on what to do about the El Limon location but they are committed to restarting the mill.
