News, the $4bn is based on the estimated metal in the ground at Musonoi. Estimated by both Gecamines and RRR's geologists: stated several times in the public domain. That excludes the other licences but more importantly refers only to the oxide ore body and not the sulphide ore body. Further the Musonoi licence was only ever partially drilled: likely that it extends further and there are two other undrilled targets on the licence.

Any claim would be substantial: what the court would award is up in the air but no way should it be less than $205mil plus interest.

RRR was subject to a criminal conspiracy between three very powerful and important groups but it is Bell's fault. RRR had completed the phase one work on a JORC at Musonoi, had constructed the 3D model and then needed access to the Gecamines core sheds to complete the JORC. RRR obtained access, was in the process of sorting, identifying and collating the relevant cores prior to sampling when suddenly access was denied and cooperation from Gecamines ceased. RRR had 12 workers doing the sorting!

AB was telling everyone how wonderful Musonoi was but yeah, according to you he was ignoring his best asset with $billions of metal in place.

News, more drilling is required but the last drilling ended in mineralisation on some of the holes. That means there is more stuff deeper.

Typically these deposits get twisted and folded in geological time, so as important as anything is working out a 3D model. I understand that we such a model. Once VUP is sorted then more drilling is required at Luanshimba for grade and resource.

My understanding is that likely Luanshimba will be a significant asset in its own right. There are actually three targets at Luanshimba and it may continue to a neighbouring licence.

Interestingly, the Cadastre in DRC has reopened and so new applications can be made.....🤫

News, I have a few on filter; are the trolls wetting themselves about the $430mil? It is amazing how they can be given facts plus chapter and verse again and again but still deny everything.

Anyway, the minimum claim for RRR is $205mil plus interest.

Plenty of info the public from the time that shows RRR was operating on the basis of 400,000 tonnes of copper and 24,000 tonnes of cobalt in place at Musonoi alone. The value of the metal in place at current prices was in excess of $4bn. On top RRR had the two other licences.

The Musonoi licence was only partially drilled and it was likely much deeper with sulphides below the water level.

If Musonoi not been stolen, the RRR story would have been different. Only one person responsible for RRR getting the assets and that was AB.

But the trolls knows better.
