I said NASDAQ's process is arbitrary not the SEC's. The SEC is just slow and painful: they constantly want more information. Other stuff is in process, that might or might not happen.

If it does happen, then it will happen over the next few weeks and no I am not going to disclose anything.

There are two parts, SEC and NASDAQ (if you are using NASDAQ). IPOs are starting to move to NYSE and CBOT rather than NASDAQ because of the messing around that NASDAQ land you with. Their process is not transparent and it appears to be deliberately arbitrary.

You are right, the SEC has signed off on the S1 a number of times.

1. If I knew DRC was signed, I couldn't and wouldn't tell you. MAR and all that good stuff.

2. It doesn't matter how close anyone thinks it is (including AB), until it is actually done, it isn't done.

3. AB has thought we were done a few times and then we weren't.

4. As he has said recently, there is now no dispute that RRR is owed 51% of the $15mil: so about $7.5mil.

5. RRR has a separate court award for the $2.5mil plus damages (I think $2mil).

6. There is no point in endlessly repeating the same drivel but Boring Boy seems to like it doing it.

7. IMHO Burkina Faso will dwarf the $7.5mil.

8. The big thing about getting the $7.5mil sorted it that we can then get on with the big numbers. I expect that we will get on with it pretty quickly. I expect that they will want to chat to me about what the potential claim will be. Once they have an idea what they can claim they will need to get what is called an Expert Witness lined up.

9. Ideally our friends who now own Musonoi want to do a deal and not mess around but they might want to mess around, in which case RRR needs to line up no-win, no-fee funding or a contingency fee structure or after the event insurance.

10. My view is that we should use Anya Law but it could be others. A big issue will be finding decent London lawyers who are not conflicted (a big no-no).

It has raised to drill at least one well in the Damara Fold Belt which extends into Elephant Oil's acreage in Namibia. Should be good news for Elephant.

The Whaleback Anticlines look huge but until they drill them, they don't know if oil and gas is there. They now think that they have both decent oil and more than decent gas.

Helps RRR in that part of the assets are Kenyan gold assets and the price has been increased because of the increased gold price. But you are quite right in absolutely everything else.
