Big week incoming. Gold looks like it will continue higher and we are due lots of news. Kobo starts drilling next to us in CDI, more drill results from SXG, we are due an update on the Antimony and so on.

Lunch Money Boy trying to tell us how the company should be run and who should be on the BOD based on his £12.50 shareholding?

Everyone gets one vote per ordinary share. If Lunch Money Boy doesn't like it, I suggest he uses his one electoral vote to form the next Government and bring forward a new Companies Act giving the power to hire and fire based on his £12.50 shareholding.

Maybe he should give Zephyr a bit of attention? He did say it was a big position for him, so maybe it was two lunches, £25?

News, the next week/10 days could be very interesting.

Not a VC: just do deals as they are offered to us.

Picking up distressed debt is good if you can wait and/or follow on. Because we have done it before, we get offered deals: some we say no to. Said no to two recently, luckily it was the right thing to do. Was offered a very good one this week but they wanted an immediate response; like in three hours.

FFS. There is more to life than posting on here.

I have to do stuff, you know. Been sorting out a deal to package some gold licences and dealing with some admin relating to some debt we bought in and are taking equity in settlement. Just to cheer up my number one follower: we bought £1.25m of debt for £1 in Feb 23 and we are now taking pre-IPO shares for £250k ish. Another company has started its sales process (private) and another has updated on its pre-IPO arrangements (US). I know the trolls with their lunch money at risk here think it is a big deal but this is just another deal really.

Fingers crossed.

NB someone needs to read that Zephyr RNS closely. Not as straightforward as it appears.

PS I have asked that RRAL confirms exactly how close Christina is to the RRAL boundary line. If SXG confirms good Christina results in the next couple of weeks than that should be VERY interesting.

News, the point that I took is that there is a lot of gold deeper than where they had previously mined (as well as antimony). Geology tends to repeat itself. On RRAL's acreage we have the old Donnybrook mine. If the old timers did what they did at Sunday Creek and the geology repeats, it might be worth seeking what is below the old Donnybrook mine.

Nothing to do with the company, just me being inquisitive.

On the other side of the licences, do we have a similar situation at Berringa?

News, it wasn't RRR's deal. The deal was between Kansai and IPCM. Kansai was listed on TSX. Kansai put out a press release disclosing it. AB did say publicly that he had met IPCM once. RRR was only involved as a minority shareholder in Kansai and it had a direct interest in Mid Migori Mining Ltd which held the Migori licences.

I wasn't aware of RRR at the time.
