Salem - you need to be much better if you are to survive as an investor. Business continuing is one thing and shareholders getting anything out of it is whole another. Cineworld will be probably sold as prepacked admin and shareholders will not get anything, they are always LAST in the credit queue. If you hold any of these shares, chances you will receive anything is next to zero (unless you sell now while shares are still trading).

Penta - Cineworld never admitted they are in a difficult position. Recommend cash offer of 110p. I am furious, Ted Baker is going to one of the largest fashion brand business for peanuts!! This is the second company in last few months I owned that went for next to nothing. I owned Bacanora Lithium which Chinese took for peanuts! Ted is a least worth 200p!

Tight spread is always a confident sign from MMs that they are happy to hold these gems and sell it at a much higher levels as demand go through the roof. Its a tactic to sweep the cheap shares in the market IMO. I am awaiting 40p here before I even think about selling. Shell doesn't do farm-outs with any old joe.
