I suspect just some big egos with noses out of joint are making a statement and able to dampen any momentum with relatively small volume. Their average is lower so can afford to spite their own faces, and then use to deflect blame.

The sooner gone the better. In the meantime, unless volume buyers arrive to outgun them, or it goes private (EDR style), we have to wait for the assets to win out - Which they will.

Looking at the 2023 accounts - Aside from Marshall (Selva), which as you correctly point out, has a DCF based valuation, everything is at cost.

Spanish portfolio may have overtaken the Italian one a tad since August.
