Uggy, I re listened to an 'after results interview' from September 2023 when the share price was 19.50p
David stated :
" We've got some excellent projects, a load of money, no 'p' words, we're in a really...really excellent financial position. A small board who can manoeuvre quite quickly an quite dynamic in the way we operate. Just let it happen. "
Fair to say it did happen David:
The remuneration of the directors in office at the year end 31 December 2023 was as follows:
SALARIES AND FEES
2023 2022
£ £
D Bramhill £398,333. £287,083
J O’Farrell. £177,500. £120,000
R Godson. £47,500 £40,000
G Bull £57,500 £40,000
I do not believe the renumeration committee is impartial deciding your salaries/bonuses ... ie Graham Bull ??!
I saw this temporary increase in salaries as tasteless on a falling share price with our last dividend being an utter insult being the lowest one ever awarded.
We are not privy to who else gets paid by the company unfortunately though I am sure we can take a realistic guess an the amounts involved.
You can not keep shrugging your shoulders in your interviews an blaming operators an the UK government. You chose to work with Reabold, Rathlin, Egdon etc whom you say you speak to every day. You also made some bad decisions with the likes of your Beacon investment. Investors are very much in the dark with Royalties income, Keddington, West Newton promised drill... etc despite Zac's pledges re transparency being paramount an something you pride yourself on.
I really feel you need to rethink your strategy here for shareholders an put someone fresh an impartial on the board who will challenge your decisions an thinking more. Today's 15p share price is proof of your failure to reward us holders who have stood by you for literally years.
