I think we will be lucky to see results for West Newton in early 2026 now. No mention of Beacon or Elephant Oil in the half year report yesterday either??

Fact is the board an all others paid members have managed to bank another year's salary leading up to their retirements an fobbed us all of with a hiss take of a dividend.

With no strong catalysts to come imo this will keep dropping. But that is lifestyle AIM oilers for you. Just have to cross our fingers that we all get our money back with this "embarrassment of riches' that is 'throwing off cash like a bandit' ' would'nt change it for the world' with 'great expectations.'

Interesting read this morning with a big draw down in the cash. Notably the Beacon fiasco did not help, wage bill to 'everyone,' costs for upgrades at UK sites, USA drills etc etc

Of course we have to think of the Pennystones to come at a big expense. David said no 'p'word in his interview with Sarah in February but you have to wonder if a placing or use of the treasury shares will come in next year with the cash balance clearly drawing down as pace?! David also said a lot about his confidence in the share price rising in the Sarah interview in February yet we are lower now than in the interview. David's expectations not being met are concerning as our leader. David RNSd his confidence in significant drilling action at West Newton this year yet I note 'activity during 2025' is written in the accounts today ?!! It was clear to me that the money was not there with Reabold prioritising Colle Santo etc. The Rathlin accounts logged at companies house will not be pretty when they are available to read in the next few days.

Whilst I acknowledge that the board have diversified in to the USA it is hard to trust an have confidence in the decisions made by the team with shareholders being stuck here for years on losses whilst the paid members are banking daily. Their pay should be performance related an decided by someone impartial to the company an not Graham Bull ?! Dividends are pretty much worthless now at 0.25p an the last buy back was last RNSd at 32p yet they didnt bother when the price fell to 14p ?!!

In my opinion this is now a high risk investment an we can only hope that the 'future of Union Jack remains bright' for us to at least get our money back. I would hope that David an Joe retire one day with the share price at a respectable level but this clearly remains to be seen....

I read so much twaddle on the bulletin boards, accusations of lack of communication, suggestions that Union Jack is just a pay check company for board members, RNS’s are inaccurate, misleading and even have lies within. Heid, the horrid little witch who spends her life attacking David Bramhill and the board continues her ridiculous campaign, the nutcase with an X account dedicated to incessant attacks and abuse, with her ludicrous and offensive pictures and polls, accompanied by the usual bunch who seem to think they could run the company better but don’t even know what an oil barrel looks like 😂 My advice would be to ignore 90% of the comment on there!
