I applaud your efforts but it is an irrelevant question as the debate is about the timescale from refusal to decision by the Planning Inspector not from when the world started to when first oil was produced

I had a little dig of the RNSS and you are taking the duration from the application refused in 11/01/2017.
The appeal was not against this application but the one submitted in early July 2018.
This was subsequently refused at the Planning Meeting of 28/11/2018.
The appeal was submitted on 01/02/2019 and was granted on 17/01/2020 just under 1 year from submission.
Or just over 1 year from the refusal.

That is the sort of timescale I am working to.

It was not just that persimmon. Is MickyBee implying that SP Angel are leaky ? That is a strong accusation for a reputable company and I am sure if it were true David would have let them go. I guess they can be used as scapegoats though.
