There is no chance your attempt to get the decision called in will happen. Your letter does not outline any areas where legal points were flouted.

It does surprise me that there is a conservative ward councillor in cahoots with a group of people who threaten, abuse, harass and insult normal people going about their lawful business as happened at the Council meeting.

I can see no valid legal reasons in his letter to discredit the approval of West Newton that was not covered & agreed by the planners/council at the meeting approving West Newton. IMO.
