It is clear to me that Union Jack is massively under valued now for a few reasons.

They could make an offer now CPR is out to get in slightly lower. Though David would not let this go for cheap or Reabold/Rathlin. Or as soon as we hit the gas the likes of Shell, who are prolific in the area, will show interest in West Newton.
