No they have an elected board representative on the board for Reabold.

This is a prime example of a key failure in their strategy of managing different assets when they don't even know what is happening to their portfolio companies. An to think they have two ceos ... hmmmmm.

Kamran had a call with sachin on the 26/10/2023 and he asked for the call to be minuted by Stran Hanson in which he sent the copies of the offers and Sachin stated “ he was shocked and bemused why Daybreak never told him of the offers that would of driven significant shareholder value at levels Similar to my investment”
