Unusual move for the company as founder, chairman and chief executive Robert Price then left the company to pursue other interests as Highlands looked to grow it's CBD business

Let's hope that Colle Santo never needed to be abandoned because the costs would be 2.07m with various work required before entering a company into potential liquidation

Luckily we have an Italian speaker in Andrea who is very experienced in oil an gas especially with assets in Italy. He runs listed O&G company an very experienced in litigation

What I do not understand is why everyone keeps blaming Kamran regarding Daybreak deals ?

His role was only to fund the 2.5m dollars an the decision to put Reabold California an Daybreak via equity exchange agreement was purely down to Reabold. Notably the asset is still producing an the only producer Reabold has...

The problem is that most of the stock is held by two large share holders. For that reason you will never see the share price give a good reflection of that value.

I am not a shareholder in Reabold but have an interest in Union Jack with West Newton an Beacon Energy; Union Jack's TR1 company.

My opinion has been swung by so many long term holders leaving Union Jack, messages moaning about the company to me an despite many of us being investors for years, like Reabold shareholders, I only see CEOs lining their pockets with little returns for us.

I do see big potential for both companies an I do not have a problem with CEO's being paid a wage as long as us shareholders are rewarded too.

For the reasons I have already spoken of on this board I believe Kamran an his group are the right people to take us to West Newton an from speaking to him he is genuinely nice, intelligent an passionate for Reabold to be a success.

West Newton is the biggest catalyst here to see a solid re rate for us all.

We are all here for West Newton an Reabold. Not Zenith Energy.

For me Andrea brings with him a wealth of knowledge, contacts an experience in oil an gas. The deal maker an money man is clearly Kamran who has shone over Sachin an made him look quite the fool with the Daybreak lucrative deal that Reabold shareholders should have had but was missed. For me this was mismanaging the portfolio an very poor.
