I'll have a go for starters

1. The lender of the shares gets a fee for lending them

2. The person who has borrowed them, will sell them st8 away and then buy them back at a later date to return to who they borrowed them from

3. I assume that the benefit to the party who is lending is (1) The size of the fee and (2) they take a long term view on the shares and are not concerned if the share price dips temporarily

I took a small position at 21p - it almost looks to good to be true

I did note that not only have Jazz agreed the commercials for global rights to the KRAS Inhibitor Program - they have also agreed to pay RedX to perform research and preclinical development activities with the goal of completing IND-enabling studies for both KRAS profiles - so this will help fund the team

I genuinely expect Hemo to get news today or tomorrw (US time)

So big chance of intra day RNS in my view - I don't think they would want to hold off until Monday

You can believe what was shared by the CEO and CFO of MusciMagpie in H2 last year where they confirmed that they source >40% of their UK Consumer Tech through the Kiosks. I would love to se ethem do a good deal with Asda to encourage custoemrs to use them; think , 20% off your bill today when you trade in an old phone

Im of the opinion that the SP is being held to fill an ordre - have you not seen up to 1m bought at 14.75 in the last few weeks when everyone else has to pay 15p+

Here's my view of the 2023 Numbers (Based on my own research and workings)

Revenue: £45m +94% YOY (vs £22.8m in FY22)

Gross Margin: c£29m +94% YOY (vs £14.8m in FY22)

Site Level EBITDA: c£18m +130% YOY (vs £7.7m in FY22)

Adj EBITDA: c£9.6m +150% YOY (vs £3.9m in FY22)

Adj EBITDA Margin %: c22% (vs 17% in FY22)

Cash Generative

Each Owner Operated EH Venue - £0.55m Revenue / £0.27m Adj EBITDA

Each Owner Operated Boom Venue - £1.45m Revenue / £0.41m Adj EBITDA

I do expect them to show a Net profit; However, the key numbers are the Gross MArgin and Adj EBITDA margin. Private Equity will be looking at these (and the growth opportunity) licking their lips

I imagine that ntil the ownership structure is concluded, they wont be wanted to roll-out further kiosks

Im convinced "Complete Repsonse"was submitted on Monday 15th January and RNS'd in the UK at 7am Tues 9th

The original IND was RNSd on Tuesday 9th, and was likely to have been submitted on Monday 8th May. The next RNS communciating the FDA decision landed on Friday 2nd June. (Day 25 of the 30 days)

Tomorrow is Day 23 - RNS likely to drop anytime now.

We already know Revenue, EBITDA, Gross Margin % and Net Debt. As well as understanding that the Consumer Tech business is growing, the legacy is retracting and they are managing the rental sales to avoid increasing debt.

What are people hoping to find out aout last year that Is not in the trading update?

A few random thoughts from me :-)

- Share price at 3.65p - up 65% YTD - the steady consistent upward trend thet LTHers have been craving for a while

- For the majority of Hemogenyx (and any other company) shareholders the world does not start or stop at this forum. Regular vistiors and posters to this forum are very much in the minority

- I think there was a lot of buying today and the SP went up - so I'm very confident in saying that buys outweighed the sells

- The SP price performance for many who have bought shares in the last 3 years has been fantastic - I would not criticise anyone who has chosen to sell some or all of their shares in the 3-3.7p range. Some may feel that the clincial hold removal is now priced in OR some may not be anywhere near as researched as some on this forum and have hit their own personal targets. Good investors always have an exit plan - for some that may have been 3.5p

- It's written in the RNS, clear in the report and accounts and has been well discussed on this forum that Hemo need to raise soon. My personal 'feel' is that they are funded through to the quarter end for BAU. I also think that news of fundraising will follow shortly after the news that the clincial hold is removed and the raise wll be at 6p or higher from strategic investors. However, the alternative scenario is a discounted placing similar to those that have come before, this may feature on some minds.

I am 80% confident that the RNS on CAR-T clinicial hold removal will land next week - it should be an exciting week.
