Great update from Kiran. Deal is done and Kiran has effectively confirmed the conditions are mt to get get 27%. The 20% is will be legally confirmed in a matter of weeks. The word imminent was not used, he's fully expecting this to happen in the first half of February.

So many potential juicy RNS to look forward to - it's an understatement to say how content i am as a shareholder here. Its certainly the most exciting one i hold right now..

The most important lesson I've learnt in investing is patience...

It strikes me that only the unresearched, short term speculators and traders and the Impatient are selling at this time at these prices.

He used the analogy that Cadence have bought a car and just need to get the Log book sorted. 2 weeks is still very much valid in my eyes...
I'm expecting it to be sorted by the time his Interview goes live on Vox next Friday.

I have been invested for almost 2 years here. The story has remained very consistent and the patience of the LTHs will be rewarded in my view.

It's always felt to me that the weakening of the SP has been on low volumes and largely a ploy by the MMs.

This share has always moved well when there is decent news and decent volume.

Q1 and beyond is set to be exciting...

For balance, some of the traders may be selling too. Those that got in recently at sub 20p

That's the point here, Amapa is still valued and such a low amount in the current SP.

EMH stake is significant and likely to increase significantly in value in the next 12-24mths.

Some golden private assets too...

Amapa though, is the big reason why this share is so undervalued now...

That is not the Iron Ore story that is consistent with my understanding....

The current price is higher that when it was previously valued by AA. (and IO price is expected to improve)

So much to look forward to here.
Looking forward to the revised valuation, quantifying all the things we know about... Higer iron prices, increased resource estimates, etc

And also looking forward to seeing the potential upside on EMH and the private assets... The Gangfen conversations will be interesting...

Well done to Kiran and the board for getting this finally over the line.
What a great start to the year.
I expect today's SP will be foreplay, we will have a better idea where the market values this asset as we move into January. Market volume will be small today.

Would love to have the funds to fill my boots at this level.
Feel sorry for those tempted or needing to sell at these levels.

Looks like Mr 150k is slowly adding, but not so quick as to push price up. They seem to be letting a few sells go down to slow the Re-Rate
