RE: A realistic view of HEMO as an investment and the next rerate opp?4 May 2022 14:52
A lot is made on here of the fall in SP and the impact it has had on the paper value for LTHs.
The SP peaked effectively at 10-11p (we should ignore a 1 day spike to 14p as never sustainable)
Since then i would suggest half of the 9p drop was due to the funding - Hemo has twice as many shares as it did 2 years ago. But in return the company has an injection of £10m+.
The other 4.5p must be due to a number of factors:
- Pandemic
- War in Ukraine
- Delay in driving revenues and becoming self funding
- Shorting
- Selling from some major shareholders
- Negative sentiment from CLNs debacle
Looking across the market, so so many other companies are all in the same position.
Halfords peaked at >4p - now ~£2
Powerhouse Energy peaked at 10p - now ~2.5p
Argo Blockchain peaked at 250p, now @65p
Alien Metals peaked at ~2.0p, now 0.7p
Cadence Minerals peaked at 33p, now ~ 15p
React peaked at 3.5p, now ~1.5p
Amazon peaked at $3700, now ~$2400
My point is that Hemo is not alone in its current valuation and with so much potential I am very confident it the share price recovery and hopefully so much more
