It will keep on falling because Ocado is overvalued. Its market cap is too large for an expectation of only £60mm profit.

I like the concept of online and believe it's the future. But it broke through the support of 2,540 today. Next support is 2,175.

You can attempt to justify why Ocado is out of favour. It's down for a very simple reason.

Overall market is down. So looks to be a macro shift. But Ocado is overvalued so will fall more than the average during these declines.

Boohoo, dunelm and Ao world are safer online stocks.

I don't think they are aiming for a takeover. They believe the bonds are undervalued enough to make a substantial return. I'm of the opinion they will help provide liquidity through additional capital to increase the loan book and thus speed up getting into profit, thus propelling their equity stake in Amigo.

MXC will fall in AUS rather than us rising.

Likelihood of us being at 3p by Friday?

I dont expect to see anymore funds to buy in anytime soon.

What I do expect, though, is the fund to help increase liquidity to help increase the loan book. I also expect the fund to put pressure on Amigo to improve their lending practices for FCA approval.

Danl90 - fair enough. Generally, bigger IB are market makers whereas funds have specific strategies. AM are slightly different too in their respect to manage client money.

No news today. Seems to be built on speculation of results next week and potentially an agreement with the FCA (all without evidence as of yet though).

When are the next set of results and when is the SOA agreement meant to be announced?

I dont usually take broker notes seriously, but if this were to increase to 3,000 GS would raise their target to 2,700. I think the bottom will be no less than 2,100 but on-line is where the demand is at and if they can start making serious profits then this will be huge.

Despite an increase in their previous target, they believe this is due a fall.

When is the next trading update or results?

Not sure in terms of time scale when this will reach 400p but this is bouncing off 30 on the RSI. Hopefully we have cemented the bottom and steady rises from here.

I suspect this is heading back to 2100 as the markets generally pull back.

Despite the results only being interim, they look on-line with expectations and a healthy increase across the board. Net cash and the dividend were above my expectations.

lse2000, what gives you the impression that this is going to fall? From a technical perspective, the chart is bullish at least until results. Fundamentally, as we are likely to be in lockdown until April this will play to our strengths.

Also, the governance issue doesnt go away just because you move operations to a "hide-away" country. The ESG funds will be even more wary if boohoo doesht face the issue in the UK. This is an ESG issue, not a UK issue.

I expect another down day on Monday. The rise to 370p was weak in terms of volume and the volume seen the past two days had more conviction, probably due to profit taking.
