I put a substantial investment into mcm on the back of doing well in tga and then doubled up on the placement a few years ago at 13p. I do not intend to be selling when the business is on the threshold of where the latest management team have taken the business.

Within the year end report there is confirmation that the 3 Greater Soutpansberg Projects have been granted mining licences. Is this not a new milestone for the company. 7 billion tonnes of coal reserves now with mining licences granted.

There has also been a significant reduction in the losses by 79% and multi million investment on infrastructure to develop the current projects.

In my opinion the company has made significant positive moves.

As far as I understand there is no minimum price per tonne on Vele production sales figures and the income was set per tonne produced.

Therefore the income should be a fixed rate to the company purely based on the tonnage produced from the mine by the third party operator/contractor.

If you review the MCM recent Annual Reports it will give you the info you need. The MCM webpage is now giving easy access to many recent years annual reports. Makes very good reading if your into that type of background research.

I have noticed some new ‘old’ interview media events for MC Mining that are now on the London Stock Exchange page when you search MC Mining. Its very interesting for background timelines and info. I don't recall it being there a few months ago.
Have you seen it? Transition info and the reason for the name change. Interesting info on asset purchases.
You may well have more background info as a long term share holder.

Vele contract agreement is fantastic and will fund other investments within the business moving everything forward.
I bought in with another small value today which was all that I had available. Moved in my full whack over the past months from my TGA holdings. I believe IMO this is going to be a substantial growth company. I have read the Regenisis Report and they have it all in place. I look forward to 2023 progress in what I believe will be transformational.
Thanks again for your posts and insight on this Company. Keeps me focused on MCM facts because at times I wonder Is it just us that see the numbers and opportunities that could come from this companies development. Look at the background of the new key guys that have been appointed this year!

I have been reading your posts for a fair time and appreciate your views and analysis.
My own portfolio is mainly mining and exploration and have taken positions in three you mention TXP, GCAT & PXC.
These and other positions I have taken in Lithium and Thermal Coal will hopefully bring me some major upside over the next few years.

JR - there is not much response to your posts and I appreciate the info you are providing.
I am a PI who took up a large position on MC. I sold most of my position in TGA into MC.
Have you read the Regenisis report 2022. I have several times and they have it all in place.
Perhaps others are just keeping tight on comments until this transitions……
