Oil should be screaming upward with what is going on in the world plus opec cuts, seems the market reacts only to the words of its own choice in any reports and trump tweets, only this week we have had 'Saudi increase exports to far east' and 'Saudi to honour supply to countries that rely on Iran oil' neither says 'production increase' but poo reacts as such. Heavy crude is in short supply end of, should be trading 80+ right now imo.

Says it all, pity they didn't mention the yanks topping up from strategic reserves, along with enq the whole market seems underpriced, I can see wti being worth a lot less if the market is flooded with it so the US can enjoy a lower price, however the good stuff is verging on undersupply, it will have to break soon, hope the API and EIA does not show a build this week but it probably will because they have been told to.

Opec news now. Global oil market fundamentals are looking particularly bullish, from the OPEC+ production cuts, to the constraints of exports in Nigeria and the U.S. sanctions on Iran and Venezuelan. While oil price volatility has increased thanks to financial analysts putting an emphasis on Trump’s apparent Twitter agreements with OPEC leaders, market fundamentals are still very bullish. Until the global market realizes that U.S. oil storage reports are not the be all and end all for oil prices, volatility will remain.

According to Bloomberg last night the 3 reasons for the inventory build are, US production levels, refinery maintenance shut downs and top up from strategic reserve(love to know by how much) hope the Saudi's were watching. An analyst was also saying that when reality sinks in poo could reach 3 figures Q$ 2019/Q1 2020. Also Venezuela is being played down as apparently they are producing next fa and dropping.
