I invest where there is profit because I expect performance to be reflected in the share price, not in the CEO's pay packet, specially as he is doing such a good job at 80 quid a minute. Always a good idea to sell after a rise and then play the dips, however every time I've tried to play the dips I get caught out and locked in on the second time round as I am with this, if I had sold every time I was in profit I would be far better off but I stick in too long usually for just a bit more and get caught with a quick unexpected drop.
