Echo what JHFH said - would add that the FLT-3 -CD3 bispecific antibody : FLT3-binding arm is the same as the CAR in the anti-FLT3 CAR-T - The CD3 binding arm initiates the human CD3 pathway related to T cell activation and response. So essentially the anti-FLT3 CAR-T cuts out the middle man directly targeting FLT3, whereas the bispecific antibody binds FLT-3 and if bound sequesters T-Cells to attack the cell through the CD3 pathway.

I am not sure you covered the complete Angle JHFH - I felt it was more of a reflex from Pedro myself with respect to the poor share price performance, trying to foster acute awareness of Angle in hour hour of need - Felt it was harsh of you to zero Angle in the way you did though. Think about how many Billions COVID-19 wiped off global economies - If you could have a facility on retainer to tackle the next pandemic wouldn't that be of interest to governments internationally. The CBR's could be predesigned as most modes of cellular entry are already understood which means that this technology could potentially get ahead of the next wave and could treat those initially effected while the pfizers AZ's are messing around with their vaccines.

I take your point Hikikomori - To be honest it is all about proof of concept at this point in time. We know that CBR works in a petri dish under artificial conditions, we know that Hemo have developed an intra nasal delivery system to stabilise the mRNA such that it can be delivered to inform lung macrophages - We don't know if that is effective against the virus that the CBR was raised to combat in-vivo. Because of CBR's potential broad applicability to numerous types of viruses some of which would be very commercially attractive - to me proof of concept using government funds would be great if possible. As I have said previously because of how CBR works - if it works for one virus (any virus) in-vivo (animal studies) it is likely to work for many viruses and in humans. The best part about it is that it would be a separate CBR for classes of viruses broken down by which molecular receptor they target for cellular entry (ie there is potentially huge commercial value as could be individually licensed for each virus). As a platform for the treatment of brain cancers /Alzheimer's it is unique and potentially groundbreaking.

I think there could be many solutions to the funding issue that don’t involve placings as you have mentioned. I had thought that animal studies were already underway - don’t think it would necessarily need to be in monkeys - although ultimately that may be the hurdle to overcome from a preclinical standpoint to be IND enabling. The fact is that they are working with government with respect to CBR’s antiviral potential so i imagine that there could be a school of thought that the testing could be free. i would think that there would be a progressive order like rat, dog, monkey etc : but all would depend whether viruses are transferable inter species. ie need to have a human relevant model. i actually like the way some medium pharma companies have been structuring their deals by buying very early on assuming success and mapping out the financial road map in terms of what success looks like: ie x amount up front, x amount for IND approval, X amount phase 1-3. it allows billion dollar price tags for preclinical assets but only comes through partnering with medium- big pharma.

I think so - I also think that the company needs to approach raising money in the same way as it was suggested we should provide feedback to Vlad- if it is needed again to complete the clinical trials - Please next time use the shi7 sandwich approach so at least you have some good news to release after the placing the city boys must have been rubbing their hands knowing about the placing and seeing all of the good news going out. Think I agree with Hikiomori - although I was hopeful that Hemo would have news on the CBR re animal studies that could be released - Invivo proof of concept for CBR antiviral activity would be a huge boost to that program. Because of how it works if it works in animals it will work in humans IMO - already demonstrated that macrophages in the lung tissues can be programmed to express CBR through an intra nasal spray mode of delivery - Next step what does that do to viral titer and progression of disease in animals treated vs control? And if it works on one virus... Confirmed government lab facilities running the study - presumably they don't rely on funding from Hemo... So results from that study could be inbound to help the share price along.

I know it probably doesn't help after the fact - But I have lodged a complaint to the FCA relating to insider trading in relation to this fund raise by Hemo, including transcripts and timings of Stu's and others posting history in relation to the timing of the placings and shorting activity. I know probably nothing will come of it but I feel it is the least I could do by way of apology to stu (as he requested) - I certainly do apologise that he had inside information that I was not aware of.

Proves one thing to me - Stu et.al need to be locked up : utterly disgusting behaviour against a company trying to save lives - he even knew when the placing would be announced from his comments yesterday and didn't even try to hide it. Utter Utter low life.

That's up to you mr I and I wont pretend it hasn't been a frustrating experience holding Hemo stock - but I am in for the clinical results irrespective of how we get there. If what you suggest is true then that is criminal activity and those involved should be locked up. : none of us can prove it other than the timing of certain posters should a placing be announced (but it should be investigated).

It comes down to where is the value inflection point - you will get a lot more for a product when you have ticked the safety box and more again when you have ticked the efficacy box - As so few patients are required to complete phase 1/2a clinical study maybe Hemo doesn't like the deals that are being offered at this stage and want to see it through to end of initial clinical studies? I don't know how much it would cost to raise the money ourselves and personally I would prefer a JV at this stage but is it best for the company and shareholders in the long run?

As the Hemo science advances into the clinic, the truth will emerge, rendering characters like Stu et.al. mere footnotes in history. IMO
