Absolutely - most deals are done pre-clinical or early clinical for CAR-T : in fact most are approved BLA application based on phase 2b study alone without a phase 3 study being complete (on the promise that it will be initiated during the review)

Correct digit - part of the inclusion will be FLT3 over expression which needs to be assayed in patient samples - there are “off the shelf” assays for this so it depends on the cost of developing your own assay vrs off shelf - normally off the shelf is cheaper and fit for purpose for phase 1 which will save the development time needed to set up the assay

I am on a break at the moment with family but when i get a chance, when i get back i will post full research on this - it certainly isn’t as bleak as certain posters or the current share price would lead you to believe.

Just because you don’t want it to be Ssccss doesn’t mean it isn’t so - Average cost of complete phase 1/2a for CAR-T trial 20million dollars: Most do not manufacture the CAR-T cells themselves so up to half of the cost is taken up by contract manufacturing- 10million dollars. RR -AML is a subset of a rare disease so the study end point could be

I actually do think that CAR-T alone is worth low to mid hundred millions if clinical data is positive. by positive i mean safe or at least the side effects can be managed and showing any sign of efficacy. There is nothing currently to suggest that it wont be. The study may take a while to setup and recruit but early reads will be possible on a very small number of patients which could be enough for big pharma to show their hand. I think given that Hemo are manufacturing in house, the recent raise could get them to the point of early read.

It’s a fair point - the london market does not seem to appreciate or understand innovative biotech sector - certainly would not be sitting at these prices if we were California based and listed on a US stock market IMO. But we are where we are for the time being with the market already valuing the company as a failure prior to a single patient receiving treatment. This truly is not right for the potential of Hemos pipeline which is largely validated at least with respect to the CAR-T (and through extension the CDX antibody) by FDA approving the IND which of course would not be possible without demonstrating pre-clinical efficacy.

Expect some news to be RNS’d on the lead up to first patient dosed for Hemo CAR-T as outlined in previous posts there are a few steps that still need to be completed prior to dosing first patient. I would think some of this work would be RNS’d. There is also potential for news on CDX, CBR etc i am particularly keen to know the in-vivo antiviral performance of CBR as i think this is perfectly aligned with the interests of DARPR - and if in-vivo tests show promise it would be a candidate for governmental funding on a number of different grounds.

ScSS - untrue Mr India has not invested solely based on my opinions or JHFH he has been a significant share holder for a long time - And I never ask anyone to listen to what I post : In fact I started to post as I was correcting the manipulative and deliverable obtuse and inaccurate posts of some of the more negative posters here. I do own shares and I have a slightly better understanding of the science than most which I share.

To clarify: I am confident that Hemo CAR-T should be effective in humans for the treatment RR-AML. This is based on Hemo's chimeric mouse model and the results from in-vivo studies but in truth all early clinical studies come with an element of risk otherwise there wouldn't be a need to perform the study. Therefore I am as confident as one can be for an early stage CAR-T but the proof will be in the pudding and the long awaited clinical results.

I imagine they had their arm bent by the broker Hiki - It is always a "tough market" when you need to raise cash - Better get all the good news out to help get the placing away...(and help maximise the short returns)

The steps to dosing a patient are as follows:

1 - Protocol Development (complete)

2- Regulatory and Ethics Board Approval (Complete)

3- Site Selection and Initiation (partially complete) : Clinical staff & Principal Investigator are trained on the study protocol, data collection methods and other trial specific procedures as well as Good Clinical Practice (GCP) refresher - believe this could be underway currently.

4- Recruitment Materials and strategy: Development and approval of patient recruitment materials and strategies.(Needs to be reviewed by the Ethics committee) - could be underway

5-Patient Identification and screening: Potential participants are identified through various methods, such as physician referrals, patient databeses, or advertising - Interested individuals are prescreen based on inclusion/exclusion criteria agreed in the clinical protocol (part of IND)

6- Informed consent - Eligible patients are provided with detailed information about the study through informed consent process. This includes the purpose of the study, procedures, potential risks and benefits and their rights as a participant - Consent is always obtained before the study- specific procedures and performed

7- Enrollment - Once consent is obtained the participant undergoes a more details screening process to confirm their eligibility based on full inclusion exclusion criteria - Eligible patients are then enrolled onto the study.

Actually the effects (safety and efficacy) of Hemo CAR-T therapy can only be meaningfully evaluated in the context of the disease it is intended to treat (RR-AML). The mechanism of action involves complex interactions with the disease-specific environment, including the tumor microenvironment in AML, which cannot be replicated in healthy individuals. Given the poor outcomes associated with RR AML, there is a need to advance potential treatments through the clinical trial process to determine their efficacy and safety in the intended patient population as quickly as possible. Regulatory agencies, including the FDA and EMA, provide specific pathways for the development of therapies for life-threatening conditions like RR AML. These pathways allow for direct testing in patient populations under certain conditions governed by the pre-agreed clinical protocol which formed part of the approved IND.

Onwards and upwards - Hemo have a clinical CAR-T program …any whiff of efficacy and Hemo will be flying. Let’s start hearing about clinical trial prep first patient enrolled, first patient dosed etc etc doesn’t do to dwell -we are where we are and to quote yazz “the only way is up”

Just received my share certificate in the new company Uranium Energy Exploration PLC - looks like things are moving along here albeit I now have a 10th of the shares I originally had through consolidation.

There is very little to talk about other than what has already been said. Awaiting updates on initiation of clinical study, first patient in, first read out, update on CBR in-vivo, non-clinical studies on CBR for various types of cancer, patent update on CBR global patent etc. licensing deals, government funding, JVs until then there isn’t much to talk about. I would rather not read a load of wingding posts and doom and gloom mongers and would much rather be able to speak positively about the company we are all allegedly invested in.
