Well, over 2 weeks after the year end and IOF haven’t calmed their shareholders nerves with confirmation of 2015 production or guidance about 2015 turnover. I wonder why? So a few more jumping ship today I reckon. Single figures SP a very very good bet. Strong sell

This continues to play out exactly as I said it would. Profit margins must be incredibly tight with such low iodine prices and I wouldn't be surprised if IOF are actually making a gross LOSS on production after deducting royalties to the brine suppliers, so being "operationally robust" could lead to BIGGER losses! You couldn't make it up. Strong sell

And the SP drifts back down to where it belongs. IOF came out with a weak trading update last week which was bereft of crucial information. For instance, why didn't they reassure their shareholders that the company is profitable? They've made such claims in previous updates, so why not in this one? Can any of the rampers please explain? Yes, Dav, they might as well have "buy", "stronger buy", and "strongest buy ever" as the only options on the opinion drop down box. To be honest, if I had researched a company to death and invested, I would WANT to hear somebody's opposing view (with valid reasons of course) to highlight areas I was blinded (or blinkered!) by. This is exactly what I've done. I have also never been abusive and I have never recommended someone get filtered. And as I have been right all along, why are some posters so aggressive towards me? Looks like IOF is sailing through another storm. An update should be on the cards sooner rather than later given the SP collapse, but then again the directors don't appear to give a hoot about the shareholders. And why should they? The CEO and CFO don't own any shares, and another has sold 4.5 million when the SP was over a quid so he's OK. You have to take your hat off to the guy, making millions out of a company that has never made a profit. Strong sell.

Posts appear to hav been removed which contain reference to other posters, maybe being perceived as "abuse", but I've also had my post regarding the OCC's decision last week to shut down wells - nothing wrong whatsoever with that post, it was pure fact. Obviously certain folk on here don't want to read what they're reading, or want other people to read it either, so report the post to get it removed. And we have madchick advising people to filter certain posters even though they're calling everything exactly right. Not a great platform for a debate! Just a waiting game now for IOF. The current market cap suggests the Market is saying this is going bust and the shares are for trading rather than an investment. And with Becker and Hekking still refusing to take a stake in the company, that tells you something! Strong sell.

We won't see eegy again, dav, he's made a complete fool of himself and has no answer to the collapse of the SP. That's not to say he won't be reading this BB, no doubt trough gritted teeth. Just a shame that he, along with this other glove puppets like snowy and noreserve, can't be man enough and "cyber shake our hands" for calling this absolutely spot on. Even chicky listened and sold up, she was influenced by some excellent bearish posts on here. I saved her some money, she owes me a pint! Strong sell.

Typical "ramp talk". For every 10 sellers the ramper will talk up the corresponding 1 buyer. People were buying Woolworth shares the day before they were suspended. The SP does the talking, and the SP here suggests this is going bust sooner rather than later. At current iodine prices those white elephant plants need to be churning out at least 2,000 mt a year just to break even. Possible plant closures could see annual output drop sub 300 mt. Do the math. Strong sell.

Not sure if chicky is all that calm, escapetohome. After all it appeared she panic sold a chunk, quite comical when she has been criticising my own "sell" advice. I'm sure you're all eager to hear hawky's next prediction. As I've said, IMO this will ultimately go bust by Easter 2016. Next news I reckon .... an update on the OCC decision which will badly affect IOF, possibly meaning plant closures. IOF will bleat away saying they're looking to do this and that blah blah bluster bluster. SP slammed again and drifts down to 3p-ish before the "final RNS" pulls the plug. Will hawky be right yet again? Strong sell.

It's quite obvious that chicky is well out of her depth, and I found her "clarification" post extremely embarrassing to be honest. I have to "cheekily chuckle" to myself though. All the rampers who were rubbishing my "calculated" prediction (yes, "calculated", get it, pesty?) several weeks back that this would hit the teens will now be wishing it WILL hit the teens! Looks like eegy has left in shame along with the likes of snowy, tutty, chicky and the librarian. Probably has come to terms that these limp bounces are just that - limp bounces. When the OCC hammers yet another nail in the IOF coffin I imagine the aforementioned rampers will be eating pigeon meat this xmas. But they were warned! Strong sell.

.... or should that read "lack of"? Not only is Becker refusing to buy some shares, but the new CFO, Hekking, isn't buying either. Not even a "token" gesture. IOF aren't even worth 5 bucks of his money. So both the CEO and the CFO don't hold any IOF shares. You couldn't make it up. Strong sell.

Going short or going long, pesty ..... they're both exactly the same in that their respective objects are to make money on the Stock Market. Picking bad investments and picking good investments. That's the Stock Market game, pesty, so get used to it. Rather than getting all bitter and upset about my comments, try digesting them then you'll realise that everything I am saying is 100% correct and valid, and Mr Market agrees with me. IOF have invested over 20 million dollars in machinery which is making huge losses. It just hasn't worked, has it pesty? And all you've got to look forward to are falling iodine prices, decreased brine supply and $20 million worth of bonds redeemable in just over a year. So you still reckon the SP is too low, pesty? Do the math, pesty. Anything above zero is too high. Strong sell.

"Kudos to madchick for selling some shares" What? Chicky has sold her shares???? LOL! But she claimed she hadn't! So she agrees with me that IOF is a dog? Why then did she encourage people to filter me? As for her claim that she did it to buy back in lower, don't believe it! She's been harping on about what a great bargain the SP is under a quid so for her to then sell at less than a fifth of this is a nonsense (from her point of view). Well, the bid is desperately clinging onto the teens, but break below and it's carnage time. I have a "significant" dealing limit and could buy a substantial amount of these bad boys at a big discount to the official offer if I had wanted to. Not looking good for the likes of the "silent majority", who once again seem stuck for words. 12p bid will be touched tomorrow IMO. Strong sell.

Pesty: "all plants became operational in H2 2014" Oh, pesty, you're so selective with your observations! Forgetting the original white elephant IO#1, the first operational plant IO#2 has been chugging away for nearly 3 years, with IO#3 not far behind. Yet no sign of any profit since. Can you please explain why not, pesty? Pesty: "I am afraid you will be nowhere to be found on this board come easter." And so you should be "afraid", pesty, because my absence would render this board bereft of any meaningful and factual information. Remember that I have continuously called this absolutely spot on. But alas, I guess that nobody will be found on this board come easter as there will no longer be any IOF to discuss. Strong sell.

Don't give me that "start up" nonsense again, pesty. These plants have been chugging away for a while now. IOF have borrowed $20 million ..... got less than $5 million left ..... and they haven't made any profit whatsoever. A total disaster I'd say, a classic AIM failure. Bust by Easter, mark my words. Well, this dog is playing out just as I said it would and is firmly on course to go bust in early 2016 as I predicted. So then, which plant will they close first you reckon? Could it be number 2, 3 or 5?: "..... be a reduction of available brine to IOsorb® plants IO#3 and IO#5 in addition to a possible reduction of brine at plant IO#2" But the other 2 are in with an outside chance: "IOsorb® plants IO#4 and IO#6 are not currently affected by this injection reduction plan, but they are located in the area where SWD operational changes could possibly apply at a later date." Wow, could be a full house! But whatever goes first, this sentence has "we're going belly up" written all over it: "As of today, the ramifications for the Company's iodine production are not certain" And this made me chuckle: "The Company will be working closely together with its partners to maximize iodine production and revenue" Errrrr ..... really? Well I never! It looked like an impossibility to settle that 20 million bucks debt before today's announcement, but now it appears more than impossible - is there a word for "more than impossible"? This will be sub 10p before the end of the year - nailed on guys. Then zero and bust by Easter 2016. And seeing I've called this absolutely spot on so far, only a fool would back against my prediction. Strong sell.

........ but IOF still falls. Sums it up. As I say, prepare yourselves for almost total silence up until May or June 2016 when the 2015 accounts will be released. Wouldn't be surprised if they even "forget" to announce the September, December and March quarterly production figures, now that they can't insert the word "record" before the numbers. Yes ..... mid 2016 when the picture will be somewhat clearer, and the game will be finally up. And oh boy, what a game it has been. Strong sell
