You've totally misunderstood my post.

Also today's high volume for the umpteenth day on the trot supports my argument. Think about it. I say no more.

At 17.50 yesterday I did state that it looked like Lombard were offloading and I have been proved correct, despite receiving the usual unnecessary criticism for being negative.

But behold, I have something positive to say (much to the relief of daringinvestor no doubt), and ironically the latest Lombard offload has raised my lingering pre-suspicion. Look out for an holdings RNS going the other way. This could be very interesting indeed, so much so I'm scrubbing my sub 10p prediction and now see this continuing to rise.

You can't just compare SPs like that, as the number of shares in issue has altered dramatically. You have to look at the MARKET CAP.

So 10 years ago when the SP was 40p the number of shares in issue was only 50 million, a quarter of today, therefore today's equivalent market cap equates to 10p per share in real terms, therefore at 12.75p FUM is actually valued at a HIGHER level.

Some of you guys just cannot understand or grasp the seriousness of the recent dilution. There's no point in comparing SPs. Comprendez?

Oooo look. There he is. PJ100 who rammed the charts down everyones throats on the FUM BB saying news isn't a factor and FUM was gonna fly in mid September when it was in the 20s. Then NEWS came along and it crashed eventually to 6p. PJ100 then disappeared. What does the "100" mean in your nik, PJ100? 100% fail rate? PMSL and very LOL. I rest me case m' lord.

PS. QFI = strong sell

None of that chart rubbish on here, please. That clown PJ100 disappeared fairly sharpish when his chart nonsense proved to be complete and utter garbage.

Today's RNS:

"a total of 60,506,919 new ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("New Ordinary Shares") will be issued in connection with the Open Offer, raising gross proceeds of approximately £1.51 million. "

BEFORE expenses at that, which can be "quite large"! So begone, fyoz, and take your ramping lies with you!

GCCR. In 2017 there were 9 research & development employees and 5 admin, including the exec directors Barder and Martin (Ken James was only fully exec in 2018) so 12 non-director staff by my reckoning.

Daringinvestor - read further down the RNS. I'm talking about what they will receive NEXT year. The remuneration of 57k shares for Mr Clarke is based on last year's SP of 25p. The remuneration is paid a year in arrears.

And as if by magic an RNS appears!

And Hawky is right yet again, The 2019 remuneration to be paid in January 2020 will be based on a SP of 6.01p meaning Mr Clarke for example will receive approx. 230k shares in remuneration. If that daft prediction of 450p comes true that means he'll effectively receive the equivalent of £1 million for being a non-exec director ….. LOL!!!

FUM usually release an RNS at the start of the new year detailing the remuneration of the non execs Mr Clarke and Mr Freeman who are partly paid in shares based on the average SP in the last 10 days of the end of the previous year. Last year's RNS:

Seeing the SP was a shocker at the end of 2018, both stand to acquire a substantial amount of shares each at the start of 2020. I work it out as over 250k shares for Mr Clark and over 100k for Mr Freeman. For NON EXECS! Quite ridiculous, has there been no RNS as yet because it will go down lie a lead balloon in the middle of this mini revival?

So the fate of QFI appears to rest on someone/something who has difficulty in completing a form and hasn't got the money (yet). You couldn't make this up, lol.

Totally agree, max. Shareholders have had plenty of time to get into the OO and this bluster about a so called significant shareholder needing more time smells extremely fishy.

Looks like Barder can't do simple sums after he diluted the shares by 70% on the back of getting a 50% better deal. But I don't think he expected the SP to collapse like it did after the 18/9/18 update and probably thought he could get a 20p per share placing through which equates to an additional 30 million shares to raise £6 million equalling a 25% dilution.

You can see why Barder decided to take this route as it keeps FUM in control and probably brings more potential suitors to the negotiating table who refused to pay top dollar for a product which has still to complete the trials. He's been caught out by the massively negative Market reaction to his change of tact and has been made to look very foolish and incompetent in the process.

If you can see past Barder's short sightedness then this still has a great deal of potential to provide a very healthy return, but not the ridiculous guess of £4.56 which would value FUM at going on a billion quid, more like a much more conservative £150 million aka 70p per share, still 10 times current SP.

Large companies / IIs do not get emotionally attached to a stock like PIs do and you'll find they do NOT throw good money after bad even if it means taking a big hit. So if you all think QFI will receive strong II support you're more deluded than I thought.

Will be interesting to see how tomorrow pans out for QFI. Level 2 just before the close looked horrendous.

QFI really needed general market support to make the open offer viable and now that clearly doesn't seem to be the case. How can it possibly work now the bid is 24% below the offer? And even though fyoz will put a positive spin on it (lol) even a blind man can see what's going to happen with QFI.

I can see this plummeting to sub 1.5p very quickly. Will Hawky be right ……. yet again?

There you go again, fyoz, ramping with mis-information. The directors are already "apparently" very wealthy - for example Mike Kirk has a correspondence adrress on Companies House as a £1.45 million house in Chichester, and Jason Miles a £775k pad in Sevenoaks. Have they accumulated such wealth from a company that has never made a profit? Maybe, maybe not. But I'm guessing their standard of living "may" continue after QFI is laid to rest.
