Only £10k of stock available currently at full ask then they want a premium, appears to be underlying strength in the share price, get some real volume and it will move fast.

No wonder it has been exceptionally hard to buy in any size today, I felt it was only a matter of time before ORR could be considered as a takeover target, after all Chesser Resources were acquired for $60m and ORR are right next door with a larger licence package.

Cameroon must be attracting interest from majors, ORR holds the largest licence package in country and have 1st mover advantage, links with the Government etc.

ORR looks a juicy takeover target and with retail holding most of the shares a large premium bid may well be accepted.

Even at 1p a share the company would only be valued at £38m !

When RRR starts to move up it moves quickly !

This could easily double/treble from current levels on modest volumes.

Current market value barely £3m !

Is this the start of some share price recovery, well overdue, the stock is on it's knees, from 18p to current in 15 months.

Thing is it won't take much volume on the buyside to move it back up.

I can see a flood of cash coming in here over the next week , new tax year/ISA etc.

This could be the next Greatland Gold by way of share price appreciation.

I saw a tweet on Friday mentioning the ORR was significantly undervalued from a fellow who bought in ahead of the move from .10p to the .50ps, this guy is well followed on X.

Still no TR1 from Lanstead suggests they are in a pickle and have probably sold far too many shares, their efforts to contain the SP have been totally demolished by the gold price rise.

I would not be surprised to see the SP trading in the .40p's by the end of the week.

So News has identified BB using a word only known in the DRC, well, well, well, BB is here for a reason, to destroy value in RRR.

Of course this opens up another avenue for the reason behind the hysterical bashing across forums, maybe the bashing is coming from enemies of Red Rock in the Congo, it would make perfect sense, these enemies have been obstructing RRR at every level in the pursuit of money which they are owed, at first $10m and then the biggie, a share of the $400m which the stolen licence was eventually moved on for.

The more you consider the purpose of the intense bashing the more the mind boggles, however Bell should/will be made aware of Banburyboy using a term only used in the DRC, is this alias linked to parties in the DRC??

It is totally evident to me that there is a significant short position in this stock, why otherwise would entities bash, bash, bash and bash away 24/7 for months on end, they are trying to protect their position that's why.

I have been involved with a number of such situations (Kibo was one back in 2014) when entities were naked short, in the case of Kibo the share price had fallen from 15p to 1.25p and then rose to 13p in two days, what drove this rise, the company sourced funds from a third party secretly, the rush to close the naked short positions resulted in sheer panic hence the spectacular share price rise.

Plums like BB and his cohorts will try to rubbish the above however I can read the current situation at RRR like a book, remember RRR shares rose by a multiple of 40 times historically during a gold price surge, oh and what is happening right now, that's right a gold price surge.

Get those shorts closed spivs, remember losses on short positions can be unlimited.

One wonders if the spivs are discreetly closing short positions potentially worried they could be the wrong side of the trade with the gold price rocketing, what a shame that would be.

Red Rock equity has historically outperformed other juniors in a high gold price environment as outlined by AB recently.

Gold is surging, ORR is right in the thick of it in Cameroon and Senegal, the value of these licences has shot up in value as will be the interest from prospective new JV partners.

The market value of Oriole is a mere £12m, no wonder buyers are coming in.

It will only take one piece of material news to multi-bag this stock from current levels, no wonder buyers have been nibbling away.

Buy low sell high.

Of course Lanstead have sold a significant number of shares, where has circa 1.7b of volume come from since their last declaration (end December) They would have only had to sell 47m shares to go below 20% crossing a threshold.

The reason investors want to know is because if they have oversold their holding it will mean they are less able to manipulate the SP moving forward - I strongly suspect this is the case and why they have not declared. I think the market is now telling you they are in a pickle and are probably powerless to 'control' the share price like previously.

I am sticking my neck out to suggest they have probably sold half of their position (circa 500m shares) in around 7 months, that means they have less ammunition over the remaining 16 months, as such strong volume could really take them to the cleaners.

The market sniffs blood, the share price is poised for a very strong move IMO.

Buyers are returning, the current £3m m/cap is bordering on ridiculous with commodity prices booming.

As I posted recently it will only take one piece of decent news and this could multi-bag, the ever increasing TR1 holder is also worthy of comment.

Buy low sell high, we all know how fast this moves when volume kicks in.

You just feel it is going to breakout and when it does !

I will place a bet that Lanstead have sold far more shares than they would usually have done at this stage in the agreement, that is why they refuse to TR1, if they did notify and it showed they had sold a further 250m/300m shares it would encourage the bulls, the last thing they want.

I cannot think of any agreement with a AIM company where Lanstead actually have to pay more than the monthly base price (in this case £72k a month) over recent times, it really is unique.

I think without their 'involvement' the share price would be well above .50p now, that is why I believe it is bordering on market abuse they have not declared their position, what can one do, well the only avenue is to pressure ORR to remind them or report them to the FCA.

The sheer weight of the gold price rise will eventually pressure the share price higher regardless IMO.

Every RRR bulletin board is full of bashing trolls, over on ADV@N it is just the same, anyone new who dares to post anything positive re RRR is drowned out, someone asked for the thread owner to place a widget in the header so IP addresses could be recorded, the individual refused.

Clearly the bashers do not want their locations exposed, one has to ask why !

They are playing a very dangerous game, if lawsuits are being prepared in Canada and Australia re naked short selling it will only be a matter of time before some entity is exposed in the UK and made an example of - it is WAY OVERDUE !
