If it was such as scam he would be better off just reporting to the FCA but of course he wont do that as he wont make money from people paying to read his article. Micky1 key word there "should" not guaranteed. I expect a drop if an RNS doesnt land tomorrow as people sell out due to impatience but very confident company will do well.

You get people selling most mornings, but I suspect a few people sold as they were expecting an RNS today. To be honest I am glad there wasn't as that would have been a bit too close to the NED's purchase for my liking. I bet the directors buy was before the entered the closed period before releasing the next set of results which if is at the end of September puts them in the clear.

Directors cannot buy 30 days prior to mid year accouns and 60 days prior to the annual accounts. Thats the closed period. Otherwise they cannot buy if they have price sensitive information which has not yet been publicly released.

Nice once. Guaranteed though when the TR-1 drops there will be at least 1 post that will say "look TR-1 holders are now dumping their stock".

I was thinking, unless your TR-1 was going to show a reduction in % just because of the new shares being issued.

Graham glad you said that as it was always in the back of my mind about the usage of the word current strategies and to my mind and the pro active interviews the AIG fund is very much being advertised as a new strategy and to be honest I was expecting a placing to happen.

I moved a small bit of my position out and into syme on monday after doing some DD over the weekend and fortunately I done ok there so far. Wish I moved it all there now and then could have bought back in today with a larger stake but the beauty of hindsight,

Still confident this will come good but they really need to get things going.

Well at least that placing is out of the way, they really need to deliver now.

I'm guessing if they did it via Primary Bid it would have cost them more and taken much longer where as within 48 hours it had all been sorted.

The share price has been really weird the last few days. Those 1.715 trades are definitly sells as i did a dummy sell and that time. Why is the share price still showing as 1.70???

Just had a look over on the London Stock exchange and those 5 large trades yesterday all have "N" Trade flags by them.

To me re-inforces my belief they were buys.

I think the "reviewed over 700K of policies and Purchased 72K policies" relates to his experience prior to Alpha growth, remember Dany Swick has closed over $4 billion worth of life settlements which was prior to Alpha.

If we had purchased that many policies there's no way we'd still be languishing down at these levels.

I firmly believe they are buys. 4 trades each less than 30 seconds apart and all for £5K each less the commission + stamp duty. Stamp duty being around £24.85 mark so commission around the £6 which is probably very reasonable. The stamp duty being key as (i'm pretty sure) is only paid when you buy rather than sell otherwise I'd hate to have a broker charging £31 a trade! obviously all on the assumption they were £5K purchases.

Someone just waiting to hit the 1.7 before topping up £20K worth.
