As announced on 5 February 2015 the consultation period for its Ground Water Discharge Permit and Construction Permit has concluded and the Board expects final approval from the Utah Division of Water Quality soon. However, on 18 May 2015 Red Leaf Resources Inc. ("Red Leaf") announced that it was delaying the target date for completion of capsule construction and applying first heat by two years. I think red leaf have made a wise decision in this low oil price environment to slow the capsule construction.If the oil price does increase sooner than they think, they could of course speed up the construction.Anyway I am in for the whole ride which could still be very rewarding.

All we need now is red leaf to come good and the oil price to continue going north and we shall reap the rewards.
