Nice big buys in the background, lets hope it goes over £300 today and stays there
volumes at 15.15pm
Vol. Sold 9,314,221
Sold Value £358.60k
Vol. Bought 10,378,001
Bought Value £399.55k
lets see at 4.30pm when dealers show the hidden big sale of the day,,, someone has been pumping all day to take a big dump of a stock holding,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if you have money you have to turn a profit on a loss,, and pump and then dump is the only way other than option trading,,, lets face it no one is spread betting here
At £17M to buy it out,, SHAME the big shareholders have loaded it with debt a few years back.
In most cases the profit would be in buying it cheap,, the big shareholders have turned the company into a nice little earner by loading it down with interest rate at Indian rates of 8% +.
We have to face facts the debt it is loaded with,,no one would buy the company unless the debt is written off.
Which can come only out of insolvency and it is far from insolvent
Just been reading comments,, I see they are overloading it with more debt,,, like tying weights to a swimming cat,, its back is still above water,, then suddenly the back will be below water and the head is the only part visible.
I recon the big shareholders are driving it into the wall for a few years to extract as much money as possible from it,, to pick up the assets in india at a later date,,,lets face no baliff is going out to india to pick up the assets,, so as a company it would be very clean to pick up everything after it fails by the local Indian familys
was looking today for this to be one of my Christmas trading stocks
I go into my local town and night and all the girls are drinking gin in a big glass with something,, and that something is usually a fevertree product
so I look at this as a Christmas product,,, so lets hope other think the same
137 pubs for 44.9m = per pub £327.730 = these are obviously crap pubs= so its a good deal
I know they have a properties manager, so if they could have developed them themselves they would have
we have to face facts most old pubs are crap,, they have got rid of a load of them
so are we getting a special dividend ,,or is it to develope the hotels on site they talked about earlier,, if so now we do not have to have a rights issue,,they have the money
Christmas is coming and my goose needs to be fat
Wall Street Christmas bonus season is soon to arrive,, I am correct it was not so fantastic last year
This year is a double bonus then, to make up
Boohoo can certainly sell a few frocks and wall street can take a profit,, roll on a profitable christmas season
what else is on the radar for christmas
I like genus and gear4music , game workshop
This might be it,, read original in the spring time ,,about 1 month prior to a investors meeting in bristol
I seem to remember milling of block was used as a term at the time

Versarien plc
("Versarien" or the "Company")
US Graphene Order
Versarien plc (AIM: VRS), the advanced materials engineering group, is pleased to announce that the Company has secured its first graphene order from a US based company, operating in the oil and gas exploration sector (the "Customer").
This order is for 12kg of Versarien's high purity graphene nano platelets ("GNP-HP") integrated into a polymer masterbatch by the Company and follows successful laboratory testing and industrial trials by the Customer. The Versarien GNP-HP enhanced material will be used by the Customer in down-hole drilling components for their initial scale up process. If the scale up is successful, additional significantly larger orders are anticipated.
Neill Ricketts, CEO of Versarien, commented: "We are very pleased to have secured this order following extensive testing of our material by the Customer. It is validation of both the benefits our graphene can deliver in this application and our focus on building our US customer base.
"The oil and gas exploration sector is constantly looking for new technology to enhance drilling activities, allowing new sources to be reached more efficiently. This provides for significant cost and environmental benefits and we are proud that our graphene can play its part.
"We believe we are in a strong position to build a wider customer base in the oil and gas sector."

I like ,,I want want,, I see the growth (but I do not buy magasines anymore,,it worries me investing in something i do not buy)
I like ,,I want want,, I see the growth
have not brought yet,,and yes is did see the rise all day yesterday
ITE Group now renamed has done nothing for 5 years and they own just as many magasines,, so they will swallow future up or future will have to swallow ite up
https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/chart/ITE.L
https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/chart/HYVE.L
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ITE_Group
looking at ite they are on the up as well,,so maybe these 2 are the britexit stocks to buy for britexit
a bit of nibling going on here (if i was a fisherman, I would be watching my float intensely)
https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/chart/ALY.L
I seem to remember a big block of graphine is with the USA defence department for analysis (think mr trump and how he loves china)
it is on the website,,so can be easily due diligence
always remember the bigger money is in the USA,,, but will china make a take over maybe/maybe not
do not own shares here yet,,but definitely interested,,was awaiting the usa defence analysis
Lyndhurst1973 is correct in the long term (but that is not this month)
You wrote= Lyndhurst1973 Sub220 is a near 20% drop on todays close
well going on the oldest form of stock trading being gap trading,, boohoo is trading one heck of a gap and all gaps at some point get closed out
see bar chart here:
https://uk.finance.yahoo.com/chart/BOO.L
I would say his assessment is spot on,,,,question is ,,is he spread betting over on plus500 for a fall to happen (probably is)
First let me say I own shares here and see this as the asos of fashion shares ie its shares will go up a lot more
but i do know that with a general election coming up,, ft100 stock market will move up and down 10% and then do the same again.
so 50/50 on Lyndhurst1973 being correct,, the election and Britexit makes it 25/75 there is a fall coming
but i myself will buy again on the low of that fall
As boohoo has become a takeover merchant,, they need more take overs,, we have a recession in retail ,,so there is plenty out there to do deals with,,stock market wants deals
note: no body has said how do you make dresses for selling eretail at £5,,,it is obviously children making them
but that is a different topic
consider one thing
royal mail is coming up trumps on www.parcel2go.com and yodel is not in the listing anymore (barclay twins , who own yodel are selling up on the bbc website)
my ebay business is using royal mail 50% of the time now,, prior we did not use them for 6 years +
take the time to 43 x 46 x 45 at 13.7 kg,, on www.parcel2go.com follow through to putting 2 false addresses in and note it flips to royal mail as the no 1 choice,,, now do the same on yodel.co.uk note the price difference
2484stir wrote = because their unique software = nothing unique about it,, it is a shopping cart, that in truth is bog standard,,simply does not need to be anything more
2484stir wrote = Already no1 for traffic = not true,,, you are mixing up, they are the only online rail ticket seller on the stock market,, there are 40 major others,,, myself own one of them www.interrailticket.com and we have 3500 train ticket websites selling train tickets across the world ie trainticket.ca trainticket.us .fr es etc
I am telling you they are not no1 for traffic,,far from it
2484stir wrote = prosper whatever direction the UK rail industry takes= the commission is 3% on UK sales and the money is bonded,, meaning they only get there money after the journey,,,it cannot be increased like a hotel where the commission is 10% and the companies like on the beach themn mark up an extra 30%
uk sales at 3% are crap,, as most online traders are charged 1.25 commission for the money payment fee,, if they are lucky they can go abroad and get 0.64 or 0.74,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,now factor in newspapers are trying to get train companies to give part refunds on late trains,,, so a website is charged 1.2 to get the money then 1.2 to send part back,, the commission is still 3%,,,,,
answer is there is very little in uk train tickets,,and it is quick to make a loss,,,like leafs on the line or a strike
do I have shares here= yes of course I do,,, I need there paper work to forecast were they will be in a few years time,, and the answer is in the length of the front page of my website,,,we all await G5 with super fast broadband
now the bad news EUROSTAR pays no commission at all,,, and takes you court if you try to,, so all the sunday papers were you see trip including travel on eurostar,,,,there is no commission earn't,,,, we put them at the base of our website in disgust
about usa train travel= go on facebook find an anerican in the usa,,,ask do they use it,,,,it is alot less than you think,,it is not a magic wand,,,but the commission is better the uk
i always like this as a christmas stock
but we have to note uk sales were crap,,using that terminology,, the four letter word is always wet and sticky, meaning it will not get better soon...... this needs consideration,, because if you tread in it it sticks to your wellys,,so it will stay with you for a year or two,, do not expect a quick exit here
Now international sales are all to do with the exchange rate being good for international purchasers,, i note one of my business's being ebay trading,, 80% of sales are all international...this is really noticeable,,and most unusual,, well simply it costs normally £23 to send a parcel abroad,,so a sale at 50 uses near 50% profit to post the item...nice to say charge the customer the postage,,,THIS IS ONLINE AND CUSTOMERS EXPECT EVERYTHING EXTRA AS FREE
now what has altered,, search international post at www.parcel2go.com and note the new player,,note also the new players share price

Have put this for my own usage, to compare the genus share price to the future
11 march is interesting for pork futures
I'd expect it to be taken over by then. My opinion. = I always understood this was a main reason for buying a share,,,that is having the hope it will be taken over
You have forgotten they will have soon a electric vehicle production line,,, and this is valuable as a take over asset
+ electric vehicle production line = does not pay rates for about 10 years
+ it is a trophy asset for a billionaire in the same way as a football ground is (bear in mind most billionaires made there money buying low, and as football assets are very high,, this company stands out in comparison
+ it would be a quick turn over for one of the big Chinese car manufacturers after Brigitte as a way of getting goods into EU via uk back door
money is definetly here =stock item is sold in travel agents by travel agents
Still showing todays transactions as:
Vol. Sold 789,648
Vol. Bought 501,216
It has been like this nearly everyday day since my last posting,, so someone is dumping and getting out or someone is buying TUi in euro's and cancelling stock
but at all times there is a 8% dividend in February, payable one time per year
this is the next problem for travel companies ( it is slowly being syndicated to all press in the world)
but is will knock $50 off boeing share price which is 3,000 points + off the dow jones index
(which effects the spending power of pensioners who go on package deals)
More than 5% of older Boeing 737s found to have cracks
There are a total of about 6,800 737 Next Generation jets in service around the world

Already an owner here since the summer,, so my money is in
noticed 'hoselworld' had a flip up yesterday
It takes over 3 months for air finance lawyers to do due diligence on a airplane contract
so nothing moves until deep into the new year near Easter 'when the holiday season starts'
and that is straight from talking to one on the phone after asking to lease one for my company
www.interrailticket.com
Taverham=High values of traffic on the Tui web site continue . Good news here imv.
If you would do a bit of due diligence it is because they sell thomas cook holidays as a travel agent on standard 10% commission,, all this week they have people standing waiting in there shops filing for Abta refunds + up to 10 people queuing outside,, the same people are going + searching every day for updates.
+THE SAME PEOPLE ARE ON THE WEBSITE + NEAR 1 MILLION PEOPLE IN DISTRESS ABROAD + AS THEY COME BACK THE FIRST THING THEY DO IS GO ON THE WEBSITE
do remember a great deal of investors do not want t know travel companies for a few years after getting, as very few people happily start there day saying ''we lost 20 k in thomas cook, let put another 20k in another travel company and see if we can double are to come out even'' cook o land is brilliant, but it never pays bills in reality
