So we have £3m to go. They are into their 3rd quarter with a limit of £3m a quarter. Calculation is that they will finalise hopefully with last tranch in sept 18. At say 19m for every £250k converted (higher the sp) the less shares hit the market, expect estimated 228m shares to be added to the current which roughly comes to about 4.8b as a share capital figure. Volume will be insignificant when this gusher flows. ATB

Quicker this sp moves before next conversion the better as we will absolutely see far less dilution. SS let's see the rig here and flows initiated and let's get rid of YA as quickly as possible. It's coming........

This is not gong to be an easy ride to see the sp travel back to 4-5p. From tomorrow onwards my view is that large traded volumes will be seen as we await sight of activity at HH occurring, ie rig arriving. I can see the pendulem swinging side to side as sp goes up and down. Think to benefit here you will require nerves of steel and extreme confidence SS will make this happen. Who knows where the sp will go where flow results exceed the initial figure and the tankers, that so many posters refer to are seen in operation. Exciting times here again - eyes peeled!. ATB

Get HH gushing and UKOG should serious consider share buy back to demonstrate their actions in favour of loyal investors. Be great if HH significantly exceeds initial flows and SS can bank chunks of cash. All to play for here and SS remember you PI's invested here!!. ATB all

It was inevitable to raise funds to keep the strategy on track, ie licences for extension at BB (the flag ship-100% owned ). Would have been good to have been given to participate in the placing or at least be told what was happening. What's done is done, funding secured and out of the way, application submitted for planning- SS get on with it and bring this damn oil to the surface without kicking investors anymore.

I hope you get another 50% rise tomorrow and this stock starts performing with no ending....ATB

Shame couldn't have held above the 2p today to start the steady climb. EWT fully funded and UKOGs % fully funded is perfect and now becomes exciting again. Hope many weren't scared off by the crap that's been getting instead on here over last few months. Long strong and confidence required here. SS back to his tactful self and now look forward to the equipment arriving, flow started and those fleet of tankers continually going back and forward from the site. Not sure why these buyers would invest these decent amounts if sp was to head south. Confidence injected here and only SS knows the game plan and must be close to revealing his hand.

7.3m buy just gone through

Director of HHDL, founder of an investment and advisory business. Surely must have some savvy on advising SS what is best for UKOG. Isn't it all about who you?. RNS was to quash media speculation and shareholders informed of the consideration of fundraising taking place. For what and if it transpires is the million dollar question. Because of the mention of fundraising market has immediately assumed negativity. Let's see what comes of it. If they do, hit has been taken on sp. Lots to play for here

UKOG acquired additional acquisitions over last few years for cash and ordinary shares. SS hope these were worth it and this is another blip to get UKOG into production to prove a large number of your critics wrong. One thing I ask is be open and honest with your shareholders irrespective how big or small. I am sure many think you have shafted them pretty damn hard as hsrd cash is lost following your programme of RNS released on BB that most consider was a duster but as you stipulated it proved up the concept for next stages. Like other L TH' s I am interested to learn hope a fundraising is going to be made up. Further dilution is going to kick MacPaint harder. YA has been a joke and sheer dilution and still pain being felt with a bit to go and UKOG having minimal funds now in the bank. Disappointing day and in particular when your forced to issue an RNS due to leaks. Get communications out more timely and keep all shsreholders informed without pulling the proverbial wool over their eyes.

Scandic not sure about 'if they strike oil' - they have already proven and flowed. Do you mean when they start flowing HH again. FACT!

Matteth14, spot on!!. I can't recite an oiler who discovered and everything went swimmingly, no issues, etc. UKOG will come good and timing in 2019....... Oh yes as we exit the EU. Time to line the pockets of the government, having an onshore source. Once we get HH flowing, it's the start point for next 18 months for UKOG. GLA

RNS would set up for a nice weekend and a month of June. Certainly seeing some decent buys and circ 26m shares traded is double what has been seen over last few weeks. Let's see if we get any news.

We seem to be getting half decent buys this morning, if they are recorded correctly of course!,. Endearing to see a change in pattern as opposed to seeing red. Long may it continue and the buying volume ramps up and begins to gather some pace. Ever the optimist. GLA

We have some news from SS that changes the talk on the board that was getting pretty painful to even come on here. Think it was fair to say SS was always going to return to BB but it was going to have to be after HH. I still do think that the YA funding did not plan out the easy he wanted and has back fired regards dilution as I don't think he anticipated to be near this level of sp. YA would have been a smart move to tide UKOG over if sp had stayed at levels of 5p+ as dilution would have been minimal. Delighted to read SS intent again, and optimistic I M O that HH will generate cash for going forward into 2019. GLA
