i know,,,i know....price could drop more and esp since the market is shut next two days and any bad news may happen..but...but....its 132p!!! I AM not missing that opportunity.
btw...anyone else wake up to a message from their broker saying your account has dropped 10% etc etc....in was like...WTF...world war broke out..lol
Read it again....please point out where I mention "recommend buy"...??? I wait to hear...and Harbour is such a bad buy its up 14% the last 5 days...if you discount today...even if you include today its still up 9%
I guess you dont like making money :)
Re the shorts
Bet they are gutted they were closing their positions...just missed out on a nice 7-10% drop...goes to show even the professionals dont know what the market will do.
Its deffo time to buy in on more....certainly for long time hold....take ur pick enquest..cineworld..tullow..IAG..Harbour...sooo many..wish i had 250k to spread across different sectors...in 2yrs id be a very wealthy man!
Good luck everyone...enjoy the rollercoaster:)
Pretty straightforward tbh. L2 data you can see the prices on book then use the tech analysis to see the support and resistance lines of entry amd exit...personally id look to take around a 3% profit
stock is going nowhere imo, needs a momentum kicker and huge volume to shift it, pzzing around the 44-48 for around a month now on average...as i said b4, great for day traders but awful for long term holders and unfortunately with the new c19 spike all over Europe manuf base aint getting going any time soon.
This stock is a leave and come back, time to hit other sectors me thinks....
RE short position:
Y0u BORROW stock from a short repository (held by the broker for Private investors)..btw because its borrowed you dont pay tax on it as you dont own the underlying asset...anyway...once borrowed you are betting that the stock will decrease in value, the greater the delta between your short position and the new lower price the better for your short position...you sell when the predetermined time period is up or before that...or....if the unthinkable happens and you get a "margin call", I.e. your "short" bet has failed and the SP has risen therefore evoking the broker to close the position.
thats about the long and short of it!...See what I did there...genius ;)
never mind mate, if u bought at 40-50p range imo i think u will be fine short term (2-3 months)....if u bought higher all that happens imo is the time frame changes, say to 6-12 months...any way best of luck, never trust the institutional led media :)
Do you really pay attention to the institutions recommendations on sp? These same institutions that exist to take PIs money; what better way than to feed rubbish data out so people believe what they say....like printing money for them. I never will or have listened to a single word any so called "expert" has said on behalf one the peel, Citi group etc etc...madness imo if you do!!
