John..I am comfortable with my investment in Cine...why? Because its fundamentally a solid stock, obviously C19 has impacted and the H1 results are that impact. It has hurdles almost entirely down to C19, debt covenants and the last 6 months closure of cinemas. Its clear once C19 has been addressed (and it will be) the cinemas will open, the money will come in and the balance sheet will be as before, healthy....not super healthy...but healthy.
The vaccine looking at the manufacturers could be with us next year, lets hope so and when it does happen, and it WILL happen all stocks with get a shot in the arm. C19 hit stocks are just that, C19 hit stocks and low SP reflects that, its no surprise to anyone, but as I said before I invested based on fundamentals and knowing Cine is essentially a bargain of a stock if people are prepared to wait....
2.2M on buy side
362K on sell side
Just sharing info :)
take your pick take a punt, where is C19 going from here? Vaccine soon or much later; Buy more stock and wait or sell up and come back much later? Day trading or swing? US cinemas opening? US election impact?...so many unknows, what am I doing?? holding and coming back in about 6 months :)
If you consider the 10% rise yesterday then actually the SP is suprisingly healthy consider poor H1 results....it's back where it was on Mon /Tuesday ish....bonza! :)
Really sht results. To be expected though as C19 shut cinemas. However what a time to buy more shares :)
So this time are we all selling at 68p ish. ..then rebuying as it drops to mid 40s again..lol
Here's another delay:

Insider dealings mate. GS..N orges etc will have a smell of what to expect so "could" see a lot of late buys towards market close...we shall see
I suspect results are going to be better than expected.. :)

On the BBC summary page:
Hollywood unions reach a deal with studios on resuming production...got to be good hasn't it?
Well historically the upside is HUGE....the down side not so big, C19 will be under control I would expect with in 12 months...I banking on the up side :)
Tbh i find it difficult to interpret the TR1 rns, never sure if they are buying selling shorting or going long....
Well said. Always about the fundementals and future projected growth.
I may also add...time frames, I'm long on cineworld and fully anticipated the 2nd wave...not hard to be so psychic tbh lol....the fundementals of this stock let me rest easy, pretty damn sure in 12 months from now we will be plus 60p....always fundementals :)
100% agree......it's a buying paradise tbh. If you have say £200K u just buy good fundemental stock that has lost say 80%+ of its value due to C19 then wait around 1-2yrs....bonza...nice retirement :)
SP down by a percent or two, of corse it is....it's in a head lock around the 48-50p range.....will breakout at some point though, ideally up!!
Lol.....analysts predictions...pah! Just call it what it is...a guess, simple as. Never ever ever ever believe a word analysts say...NEVER...same as institutions. ..fkn crooks after your and my money.
The best research u can do?? 1000% yes 1000% ...YOUR OWN ANALYSIS
