Only Voting no by Canmax would change the results in the AGM ..

I am not that concerned with the few who voted no..as we only require 35% of the 60% of PI shareholding numbers..

Canmax and insiders holding are more than 40% of the total..

I firmly voted yes..as the no vote wouldn’t help the investors here..

It’s unrealistic to think that we can remove GR now…even if EGM takes place I will not vote him our at present…

Yes we have lots of shares but this will not hamper the Value of the company when all falls in place and generates revenue and profits. The market sentiment is down because of delays and uncertainty “caused mainly by mismanagement “ but once these are overcome and sentiment reverses then we will have a different conversation with sp rapid recovery to reflect change in valuation and Mcap…

I agree with most here that GR needs replacing but not now ..

I am confident in Prem hit its aims and targets in the very near future..

You shouldn’t look at Share numbers but Mcap to value any company..

If Prem Mcap becomes £200 m then the SP will reflect three times more the current sp..

4.5b extra shares will lead to 18% dilution .

BP has nearly 17b shares but more relevant is their Mcap of £85b

On HL if you elect to choose shareholders meeting under the account then don’t forget to vote in each account you hold. Like if you have sipp,isa and funds /share dealing accounts you will need to cast your vote in each .

I usually message HL on “send secure message” telling them to vote on my behalf in all my accounts..

Either choice is fine
