INTU...is doing its best to get the creditors support and it’s obvious the creditors are not dismissing this and see a good prospect...
Ah well here is the half cup full attitude.....

Share value is your decision but current market valuations are reflecting What the buyers are prepared to pay and the sellers to sell at and MMs are facilitating the process to strike a balance to make the deals and create the trading market.
I am betting against the market current valuations as I believe the real share value is much higher..

Historically the longer it lasts these negotiations the better outcomes....
Those sitting on the tables are heavy weights and not going to waste their time and tarnish their reputation after the government bailed them out from bankruptcy in the recent memories...
The banks are morally obliged to help and find a solution to prevent such a wide dimensional disaster.

A deal will be coming in all probabilities as a no deal would affect all involved and not only INTU..

I have a small punt here and I like to feel positive rather than negative and listen to people posting negativity without holding any.....just makes me think what their motives for doing so...!

Tossing the coin situation now...
Surely after so many days of negotiations...we would have been declared bust by now if there was no hope of a deal offered by the creditors or at least been discussed...otherwise it seems illogical to continue and consider to reach a deal..

I would be happier 10%+ rise today....to catch up toWards its share value..
Market share valuations are rubbish now for G share value and its potential with huge rich assets..
Oil price support is needed to push it to 180+p.

This is a 10% spread....still too high!

Share value imo should be 156+p....by now
But so many geopolitical issues are currently to unravel...
KRG in the weakest position now than since 2003.....
Their nails are being clipped..
Alkhadami is thought to be friendly to the KRG but he is increasingly seen as more nationalist and in coordination with the Turks to weaken the KRG and taking over the oil and gas control together with the borders between Turkey and Iraq..
This will be very settling for the oil and gas in Kurdistan and rid off the corrupt KRG and their never ending problems and manipulation.
All is looking good now .

No negative news or bad news rumours, no one left the room announcing it all over but the opposite is true, previous RNSs all about constructive discussions with lenders,
the alternatives to a deal is disastrous uncertainty to lenders with prolonged process of wrangling and expenses...with unknown outcome...and big upsets to the government and their reputations of not helping in this crisis..

Why not choose the sensible certainty to give INTU a breather to put its house in order rather than to replace them with chaos...

Agreement and a deal looks more likely it’s been done by now...
I think it’s a matter of going through the details by the newly appointed restructuring boss and financial advisers Before signing it off...
Otherwise it will be lots of news leaks at this late stage...if a history to go by with others that had gone into administrations ...

I can’t see any other solution but a deal must be struck with INTU as all other solutions are expensive with huge uncertainty. At the end of the day the lenders and bond holders will end in a worsening situation at more loss...
